Average stay & service reasonable for the price, some basic needs could have been served better, like hot water in evening, towel & other items without asking & extending 1 or 2 hours checkout timing if requested by the customer. Also, they just cut off the electrify once it is 11 am check out timing.

Ambience was quiet nice. Overall good to go. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed

1. They asked for extra money at the check-in time. I booked through the Oyo app and had already paid the amount through it but as per hotel people OYO is charging very less money so they cant allow me to do checkin. I paid the same amount of cash money to them which i already paid through the OYO app. There is no use of booking through OYO here, You will not get room at price which oyo is showing. 2. Hot water comes from Solar only, so if u will get hot water as per weather. If there is no sun day before then no hot water. 3. Rooms are not good. Most of the ACs are just for name sake. Rooms are like a lodge only.

Room is shown for a lesser price in Oyo and this property charges extra amount later. Big Scam ..Stay away from the hotel

- lot of ants were crawling on bathroom wall in one of the rooms - bathroom is very small in size - I booked room online with free breakfast option but property denied to provide free breakfast. They charged me extra money for it + Room is good. + Staff appeared polite and co-operative + Paid rs 650 for one day for ac room in May 2022 + In house restaurant menu is not expensive + 10 min walking distance to the food Street (khau gali) known for variety of food options and restaurants + Check in check out process was simple + Good hotel if available for budget price. I will suggest to book if available for < rs 800

Hotel denies OYO booking also charges extra money. Service is worst than PMC corporation

Very neat and clean premise as well as room also.. Washroom and bed clothes are also clean and tidy.. The kitchen of restaurant was also good. as restaurant is attached it's very nice thing for the customer..parking as well as stay also safe and secure It is very much comfortable and safe for couples and family..manger is also good and kind person.. overall my stay was the best here..excepting I couldn't use T.V because tata sky was not recharged.

Hotel rooms are awesome. and staff is good. But once I face problem due to oyo.i booked a room in this hotel for 2 days with applying coupon code of 50% off. Amount was too low as per hotel management. Management denied to give a room in that amount. Management ask me for extra payment. And Oyo adviced me to shift in other hotel. Oyo failed to search hotel for 2 days. So I advice to book a hotel room through direct contact with hotel and not by using Oyo application.
