Mainly about the cost. I paid a discounted amount via the app. When i arrived at the hotel, the manager said that they cannot accept the discounted cost and i had to pay an extra amount to book the room. I need a refund of my money as it was a complete waste. Also, the hotel is on the 2nd floor and there are no lifts. I had to carry my luggage all the way there. The bedsheets were ok. Only plus was the manager whose service was good. The tap in the bathroom sink was very loose.
Fake room details is there you're nit verifying and I have booked a hotel room my money deducted and I got refund of 10% and deduction is done by your app is 90% Wow great service
I have received an offer of the room with an discount amount of 525/- but the management of this forever me to pay 1000/- or leave the place i've showed them the offer i've received but the management has not interested to offer me a room with the oyo offer amount. please look into the matter and im expecting my additional amount paid can be refunded. if require i can provide Phone pay sent receipt. thank you
Worst hotel experience. ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE GIVEN WITH SUCH A HIGH ROOM FARE (RS. 1000). You book the room at a discounted rate from a hotel website and they charge you an extra amount of fare when ypu reach there, and you receive no such facility that you should receive in a hotel. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, I SWEAR. BETTER FIND ANOTHER DECENT PLACE TO STAY WHICH WON'T CAUSE YOU MUCH TROUBLE DURING YOUR VACATION.
I had a wonderful stay at RBS Homes. Not only the hotel's building and exterior were in perfect condition but my room in the hotel was also spotless and spacious as well; the attached washroom was also clean and well maintained. Overall I can confidently say that RBS Homes is the right place if you are looking for a good hotel at a good price.
Very wrost experience ever. Hotel team don't have manners how to talk with customers. They are charged more amount than booking amount at check-in time. They are doing business under Oyo but not following rules of oyo. Not recommended specially for family and couple to stay here.
The Oyo room was very comfortable with all the facilities provided here.Tv was also provided.But here the problem here is the bathroom is very small sometimes the hot water will not come.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the amenities were all good, and the breakfast was excellent. I only have one complaint: they charged me an extra 300 rupees for it.
