This hotel allotted us with a comfortable and budget friendly room after our check-inCheck-in process was smooth. Rooms were well kept. All the hygeine protocols were followed. The place has great public accessibility. I had a great get-away here.
A great place to spend quality time woth your family. Check-in was smooth and fast. Locating the hotel was hassle-free. Staff was also welcoming and helpful towards customers. Safety and hygiene protocols were followed strictly.
Please don't even think of opting this room, worst decision ever. We did an advance booking of a room for 4 people (2 rooms) where the Check-in time is around 12 PM, but we checked in at around 10 PM in the night The location we selected was very far from City and near to Airport as that was the best possible location for our commute. But once we reached there, the owner denied checkin via call, saying renovation work is good on.. Here are my questions: 1. What is the point in doing Advance Booking, if there is an issue then shouldn't the customer be known in Advance (not post Checkin time or during checkin) 2. Where do you think that customer will go at that point in time post dening checkin. It's not like we come to a new location just for fun. It's because we trust you and your service. 3. Can you provide customer's safety? Yes I agree, refund is initiated but at what cost. The options we got from customer service is pathetic for change in rooms Initiating refund for you is just a click away, I don't think sitting under an AC room and doing this will be that difficult.. But customer with heavy luggages with no vehicle on that road in midnight, just try to imagine that situation from our side.
A great place to get spacious and comfortable rooms with good quality furniture. Bright colours in the room are refreshing for eyes. Cleanliness is maintained strictly. Had a great time over here.
Mosquitoes all around. Probably breeding in the swamp that surrounds the hotel. They only use Oyo as a tool to get bookings. Once the customer reaches the location, prices are hiked stating that OYO isn't managing the location.

Worst experience They charged me extra money as the Oyo fair is lower than their regular fair.
