The place is nice and the room size is good. I have booked for 4 nights and I was expecting the room cleaning should be done daily but the staff told me that as per their ploicy the cleaning is done only on alternate days.
As per the room size the Air conditioning capacity is less (1 ton) due to which cooling is not proper. Staff (Arun) is really polite and helpful.
It was a very Bliss ful stay at this hotel. Staff was very cooperative. Also the room was very clean and well maintained. Overall it is very nice hotel to stay with family. But there is no intercom or any option to call house keeping people or reception for any assistance we have to go down at the reception. Rest all is well. Also The Beach is close to this hotel.
Rooms are spacious in budget. One thing i dont like is their check in time, which is 12 pm. while booking it was 10 am. They started cleaning room after we reached and we have to wait till 12 pm even though we booked in advance. when we entered in the room then we realised that they were not cleaning room, just because of check in time, we have to wait unnecessary till 12 pm. wifi service was not available, but while booking it was there. rest all good.
No breakfast, I know its not a proper hotel but atleast give those amenities which are written, thank god I haven't opted for dinner or lunch, only breakfast, for which I am regretting. For two days I haven't got any breakfast, for other two days, it was like i dont have any option for breakfast and timings for breakfast its like playing casino, only luck can help you. Got in hotel at 10am aka 'early check-in' for which i was asked to give 150rs, and I don't have any problem if someone is begging for money, I give them but it was wrong for customers as early check-ins are free at 10am,still I was tired and gave him his money so that we can end our long journey and rest. Don't expect for services, you are on your own at this property. Still 3 stars as rooms were super clean and I didn't had any actual problem except for breakfast.
Good and affordable place to stay nearby to beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is good and cooperative. They provide you a kitchen in rooms with utensils, refrigerator and induction. Only thing is they need to take care of the bathrooms, it was not clean and was unhygienic.
Don't go on the basis of ratting. ...... It's not worth of its price ..... U will get more better option of this.

Please don't visit this place. The care taker Rana is soo very rude and when you ask to speak to Manager, he says the owner stays in London. He forcefully took our phone and from the Oyo App he rated himself 5 star. I called Oyo to complain but I was kept on a never ending hold. PATHETIC SERVICE!! OYO IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
