OYO Gnana S.R.M Residency - Hotel in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

AC was not working. Changed the room but still AC was not effective. No soap,no towels. Room was clean but very moderately maintained.

They are very rude, just after paying there attitude and behaviour changed they were not allowing to park our vehicle also not allowing to sit at the reception and were abusing. I would have rated this hotel in negative if possible. Worst experience yet.

I stayed here with my friends. Room was clean, AC was working fine, Toilet was good. TV is there but it won't work, Wi-Fi wasn't connecting at all, when I asked for a towel and soap, they gave soap but not towel saying that towel are finished. So, they don't have. What??!!! Irresponsible behaviour. These are all basic amenities one should give to the vistor. Inside room mobile network also not working. When asked about Wi-Fi connection to the person working in the hotel he didn't address the issue. Very bad experience.

Never book any hotel in Pondi via OYO. They will show some price online and when you go there, they will start bugging for more money. They are very rude and not at all customer friendly. The room I was in the AC was not working, it was fixed after I complained twice or thrice. The room is not in very good condition and not at all worth it. They have no parking facility also.

We booked 2 rooms through Agoda app but on reaching the hotel the staff bluntly asked us to cancel the booking and talk to Agoda customer service for any issues. They demanded thrice the amount if we want to stay. Since we are a family with a little kid we had no other option than to pay them exorbitantly high rates for our stay. Never book on any application like Oyo or agoda if u want to stay here, better talk to them over the phone and proceed.

I had booked on-line.. My transaction went thru successful.. On reaching hotel the reception person says they don't take payment over the phone.. Therefore no room even when we have booked we did not get room, I got a message stating I will nt be charged booking is cancelled.. I had to call my bank an they said to wait for 15 days.. So no option need to wait. Plz don't book this hotel online u can call them. Staff is good they help us in getting a room. No other option when a person is in need we need to sleep in night.. For family. Had to manage

We booked room of this hotel few days before check-in thorough Agoda. But when reach at hotel, the manager was telling we don't accept online bookings. My concern is why these hotels are getting mentioned in Oyo or Agoda apps. Even the issue went more worse, the hotel staff didn't provide soap shampoo as well. They simply told "elle". Also hotel room were dirty with worst wifi connectivity.

Never book rooms in these hotels. We booked through the oyo app. When we reached there they refused to give us room. They asked us to cancel the oyo booking and book offline in their hotel by paying 3 times more. They updated in the oyo apo that we have checked in their hotel but didn't checked in there. We went to a different hotel. It's a Fraud hotel. The behavior of the owner was very bad. They didn't know hindi Or english.
