OYO Flagship Regal Stays - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Worst experience. Very bad hotel. TV is available as shown in advertisement of OYO App but not running. Geyser available but not working. No food facilities available nearby. Dirty rooms.

Fraud charged extra 1000 after confirming from oyo. No service,water, towel or even soap. Avoid staying here for your comfort

WORST!!!WORST!!!WORST!!!! The behaviour of the hotel management is the worst.Dont get fooled by the 500 600 ruppes it is showing its just a trick.I dont know how is OYO letting this happen?Their price quotation will immediately change once you reach the hotel don't ever think of paying advance to them.Rooms are below average and not even par with basic accommodation standards .Trust me sleep in your car if you don't have no other option at least you will wake up worrying about one less thing next day than staying here.

Location is good provided if you are going through Oyo then you will have to go through checkin issues. On room type selected and heavy discounts are applicable then you will not allowed to check in. I was sent by Oyo executive post,confirmed by property owner still denied checkin post reaching at 11pm. It was worst experience n I have stopped using Oyo too

They are asking additional money than what Oyo is showing. Room beds are good but not very much clean. Ac is there. Corridor smells too much of cigarette

Worst experience ever ,booked this hotel on oyo. Owner denied check in and he told can't offer room on Oyo's price(in a humiliating tone). I was with my wife who is patient of neurology. So i had to pay the extra amount 2000 rupees before check in. But my plight didn't end here. They provided me the room which i am sharing the photos of. The bed sheet and mattresses smelled horribly. There is scam going on in our state's Bhubaneswar. The property owners are demanding Full payment in cash at hotel before check in, even after paying in Oyo app. I had been denied check in at to hotels at 1 pm and had to roam around under the hot sun. Though after talking to oyo executive I was assured of full refund of extra money paid to the hotel. Which has been processed now. I paid 2000 to the hotel and provided with this kind of room in the photo. The level of problem I had to go through is indescribable. I had a patient with me and had to go here and there after I got denied check in at two places. I couldn't even complaint the property owner as he didn't seem to be a person with understanding. I recommend don't even think of booking at Regal Stays.

Booked the hotel in advance via OYO, but after reaching the location the staff asked for extra charges. They need to contact Oyo for their price issues rather than arguing with the customer who has travelled 15 hours and needs to rest.
