Worst experience, I have booked this accomdation and paid the full tariff amount, but the hotel denied my check-in. There was no proper response from the hotel as well as OYO. I am running behind the refund, which I dont know, whether I will get it. Absolutely bad customer service from OYO. I will not book OYO rooms in this life anymore.
Don't stay here. service is very very bad. I have booked in a price and in the time of check in they asking for dabble . AC not working. after that got to know, they are controlling the AC from reception. room quality is very bad no maintenance.
hotel was not clean. manger is very very bad. he misbehave with us. tv is not working. ac was present in the room but the ac didn't working. the room is exactly different which have shown in the picture. room was too much dirty. no bath soap, no towel ,no hand wash, given to us . no complementary tea coffee given to us. we have entered 2 people but they give me only one pillow.i have never seen this type of bad hotel in my life. so i suggest all of the oyo people please do not book this hotel. if you book this hotel you didn't get proper service and your money will be worsted. hotel manager is very arrogant, he didn't respect any guest who have entered in this hotel. wifi also available in this hotel but they didn't give me wifi password. when i asked for wifi password he gave me a very bad slang language and misbehave with us. when have complain oyo customer care we didn't get any help from oyo.
I visited OYO Flagship 4720 Ma Guest House 2 today after paying the full amount for 20 days stay of Rs.17,000, but they refused to allote the room. Outside the OYO there is a car mechanic with a garage and a muddy road. The hotel pictures from outside and inside mentioned on the website are superficial. There is no proper reception, a person sleeping in his undergarments on the sofa said there is no booking. When asked to show them the only available room he was reluctant to show room as he didn't even have the keys to the room. Finally, when he got the keys, the room was dark, dingy, damp smelling with a used bed and stinking bathroom. OYO Flagship 4720 Ma Guest House 2 should immediately be removed and revoked from OYO FRANCHISE. Please please please don't book this hotel ever. They are cheaters. I was compelled to go to another hotel with 4 huge luggage bags for my son's admission to KIIT. Very bitter experience. Very dirty place and has very rude staff, not a safe place for anyone. Filthy room and very dirty surface. I have never experienced such a dirty place like that. Employees' behavior was also very bad and rude they are openly drinking and smoking on the surface. Very Very dirty service. If there is an option to give negative ratings I would have gladly given it I will never go back there.
Very Horroriable experience. Reception guy was drunk during morning hours our booking was prepaid but checkin was denied abusing us and oyo for payment and commision. He didn't given room asked us to stay in Servent room if we want. Not safe place for family oyo should remove this hotel from listing. Book on your risk.

Very poor experience and in my opinion OYO is cheating by booking room. I have paid full money and booked a room but when i reached the hotel they refused to give a room saying that no room is available and you should talk to customers care of OYO. I have gone there for admission of son in Kiit. I requested them for a room but could not give me. I ultimately took my all language and went to the college and after booking the hostel of son in kiit i kept my all language and went for hotel boking.
