Can improve the service.
On arrival the receptionist asked me to pay another 700 rupees asking that that is the system there. For which they have not provided any receipt and I was forced to pay the extra amount. They didn't provide any soap. The TV was not in use. The room is damp. Above all the behaviour of staffs was not good. Shall I get the extra amount return that was paid to the staff there???
When I reached hotel. Reception told me oyo booking is not allowed. We have told that you have to pay 1350 and told me we don't accept oyo booking. staff behavior was not good I feel so embarrassing when he told me who told you to book on oyo. Room was so dirty and not proper clean.. Specially the behaviour of the staff is not good.. I will recommend do not visit this hotel.. Worst hotel ever.
the worst hotel I have even seen. lots of reasons are there to not book this hotel. they charge extra amount of rs 634 at counter. staff was very rude and greedy. room was not clean at all. used bad sheet , towels are allocated. shower was broken at bathroom. ac not on even after charging for the same. of you want to waste your money then go for it.
I booked a classic room but I was offered a very small room of 6' x 6' size room with a very tiny and dirty bathroom. Nothing was even average to appreciate.Waste of money and time.Staff behaviour including manger is rude and rough.Hotel management is only interested in hourly basis booking for young couples to utilise.
OYO SERVICE IS TRULY BAD. I BOOKED ROOM 348 RS BUT WHEN I CHECKED IN THE HOTEL TOOK EXTRA 1000RS FROM ME THEN I RAISED A COMPLAIN TO OYO ABOUT MY ISSUE BUT OYO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS THEY DO NOTHING. GOIBIBO IS BEST IN THIS TYPES OF ISSUE THEY RESOLVED IT SO FAST AND IF YOU PAY EXTRA MONEY WHEN YOU CHECK IN THEN GOIBIBO REFUND IT.. GOIBIBO FAR MORE BETTER THAN OYO.. I NEVER EVER USE OYO AGAIN OYO SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. We should File case in consumer court/forum with the help of Online Legal India against this type of fraud.
This is the worst hotel that i have ever been to.The room was the so filthy. The bedsheet, pillow cover, the room, bathroom, everything was so filthy, I can't imagine how low the hotel management can care about this. The linens were so dirty, I asked the hotel service to change the linens, they came with no ethics of service and threw another blanket and put another pillow cover without enthusiasm and told that bedsheet is unavailable. I only stayed there because it was very necessary for me to stay. Thank God that i always carry extra bedsheet in my backpack which helped me alot. The hotel service behavior and hotel is the worst hotel i have ever been to.They do not care their guests. Basic amenities like soaps were not present in the bathroom.I would never step my foot in this hotel and recommend that no one go to this hotel.
i already mailed regarding hotel related issue. manger claimed extra charges after booked and customer care can't shift hotel due to all hotel are booked. so I have to pay the manager. i request to remove this hotel ivy from your websites with me all customers faced same issue during their check in
