Great service and explanation by all Staff at Bkp branch specially Shanu Saha. Now I M making my regular optician to Himalaya Opticals for year to come.

I had a great experience in purchasing a spec. from this outlet, especially using Visioffice 2 (for technicalities) was a surprise to me. The reception and behaviour of staffs here are fantastic and cordial as well. I would like to mention especially the person , Mr. Sanu Saha who guided me thoroughly and get my spec power verified with his colleague and kept commitment in delivering the spectacles. .

Have been a Himalayan user for the last 8 years. Every frame lasted around 4 to 5 years.Great staff. Was very helpful while choosing the spectacles.

They are really cooperative and patient....they have excellent customer service I bought monthly disposable contact lenses from this store for 1 year....but I had to shift to a different state and unfortunately my prescription power increased after 6 months So the entire pack of 6 months was of no value to me But when I coordinated with them they made every effort from their end and got my contact lenses replaced with the new prescription power and even sent it to me through courior service as I am located in a different state So really.....amazing service provided by them I would highly recommend everyone to purchase product from this store

Came here for an urgent order, being a first time user. Sanu Saha has been exceedingly helpful in keeping the store open way beyond the closing time to explain everything, all technical aspects and also price options available. He made sure the glasses were available for collection within 18 hours of ordering. Amazing service and highly recommended. The Barrackpore store is very customer friendly.

Service was outstanding, specifically the optometrist was unique. I came all the way from US to get a pair of eyeglasses and was so happy to meet him. He was a perfectionist. Will come back again. Himalaya optical is great.
