Really horrible experience. I had paid via OYO inc taxes, but still they denied and demanded to pay extra amount. Atlast I ain't had no choice and left the room. Agoda is also acted stupidly and didnt even paid attention to anyone's problem. Rooms are really boxy and felt poor customer service. I really dont recommend to visit this room. Better go, visit some other hotel, check the facilities and then pay. Once again it was so horrible experience.
Worst service. No one's is at the location. Booked through oyo app. No one's is picking the call and no one's in the reception. Had to book other hotel for my stay. Please refrain from booking this hotel.

Horrible hotel, do not stay here. The staff is super rude and will deny checkin unless extra money is paid. The rooms are not great too, I strongly DO NOT recommend this OYO! UPDATE: Escalation request raised, yet no action undertaken. Pathetic customer service. Pl don't persuade me to opt OYO 7697 India Gate Par View again. The staff is simply super rude and uncouth. Horrible rooms. Will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of even staying here. Please save yourself!

Dont book...they show at cheap price in oyo app and they ask for 1000-1500 extra after reaching there...this issue is with all oyo hotels...nvr trust oyo...this is organised loot
It was one of the worst rooms.. i ve booked the room via OYO as it was showing cheaper price.. i booked the hotel with full payment via online. But when I reached there, the receptionist was saying there are no rooms available at this rate. I had even confirmed with the reception manager number which they gave when I booked, one day before check-in itself. Also they added one more 1000 in the bill saying "other bills".. There was another good option with that rate.. You won't feel secure even though there are cctv. No rooms are having windows.. the Single room was like a corridor separated with gypsum walls and with the damaged plug boxes.. Overall it was a terrible experience. Not a good option to chose in any manner.
If anyone booked rooms as per seeing the colourful furnishing and paintings , you will get cheated. After booking online you have pay more when you get in the residence. If u don't like the furnishing and facilities you will not refund the booking amount. So don't be fooled. Poor room services.
