very good and staff behaviour was very good and supportive nature

Very poor . stayed over their for 2 days they don't even clean the rooms even once.The receptionist Was so rude he feel like he is the boss of the hotel and he always argued if some one ask for anything.I asked him for late check out for half an hour but he denied he asking for money for whole day and not this much then he took the payment on his personal phone number not in the hotel QR code. i would never recommend this hotel ever.

With clean rooms and comfortable beds, this hotel is a good choice for any person, single or with family, for a pleasant stay. The rates are average if booking beforehand. The food from the hotel kitchen was tasty. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The desk manager is a very humble and a gentle person. The location of the hotel is also ideal, for it is located approximately at the midpoint, of the two most popular flea markets of Chandigarh - the garment market of Sector 19 and 22. If you are an out of town traveller and if you are heading to the railway station from this location, I would suggest you leave with a lot of time at hand, especially so on weekends, as it is in the weekends that most repair works of roads are taken.

It was a hotel with good room and normal quality food. But the staff was a little off. They were not willing to help that much. Moreover with growing level of online payments going on the hotel was strictly on cash basis which may create a fuss for some people. And also while checkout the reception uncle made me give a 5 star compulsorily in front of him only , i said i will do the same but he insisted me to give a 5 star in front of him also clicked on all the good services option. Overall the hotel is ok but staff needs to be polite.

it was the worst experience i have ever had while staying in any hotel , we lived there for almost 4 days and we are not happy by their behaviour and the way they treated us .The food was not good , the amenities were not proper and when we asked for normal water they were charging us for the water , as we have mentioned them that we only want RO water and that not chargeable , after all this they didnt cleaned up the room for one whole day , the bedsheets were not clean and the also charged for that stained bedsheet . its the generous nature which makes the difference and not the money we as a human being dnt think. Much abt money but we do care abt our dignity and respect which was zero over there. They were talking to us like we were normal school or college boys. We both are great by profession and earn well and mature too we know how to talk to people and how to treat them . The staff person over there were not polite and just want to. Earn money and. Charge for anything they feel like . So from our side we highly recommend u not stay there , staff are really pathetic

A just below average hotel for a normal stay. Nothing special amenities and service. Very noisy.

worst experience ever , nasty , stincky bathrooms , staff is very unsupportive , don't book any room here . geyser is also not working ...

I went through all reviews. I stayed in this hotel. Co-operative staff. Good room but small in area. Neat and clean. Good environment. Food was little spicy. 5 star at this price.
