Very bad behavior of staff. They demand extra money. They tells 24hr room staying but after stayed They demand more money of 1days. One of the staff is good otherwise all very bad.

First of All I really wanted to share my valuable experience to you all if you wanted to book this hotel...please take a moment for sure and read this whole review this is something important for your upcoming trip and experience.. it's not paid collaboration or any grudges about this hotel... it's my review based on my own experiences... PROS 1. The distance of the hotel is near from the station 2. The area is not that quite and you have the access of transportation 3. Market and important shops are also reachable from this hotel Now coming to the cons section there's a lot CONS 1. The manager at the reception was some kind of weirdo with their creepy looks and behaviour too 2. They were first shocked about my booking rate and that's why they provided us a really worst room in my entire life 3. The dining space and restaurant area was bit tidy and dirty "NOT RECOMMENDABLE" 4. The room was dirty as you can see the photo 5. The AC was leaking seems like a rainfall 6. Insects were dead inside the room 7. Bathroom was dirty too 8. The staffs behaviour seems bit rude except for one guy he was good and jolly... We recently stayed here on a summer trip to Bhubaneswar and were super impressed with everything. The customer service was amazing...from the front desk and concierge, to the housekeepers, everyone was always friendly and helpful. Customer service is obviously a high point here. As for the hotel itself...the place is kept spotless. Our room was spectacular and spacious. Never tried the food...but it looked great. Great location too...a block off Mancheheswar industrial estate...you can walk to almost everything downtown. Would recommend to everyone.

Please don't book here online specifically by Oyo .. Because I booked and payment done ...After traveling 350 km and reached here they asked extra 1200 for ...But I say I already paid they denied to stay ...I contacted Oyo for 1.30 hrs they put me hold and can not solve my problem . So after that I have to book other hotel same time and leave this hotel . So please if you book this hotel please call hotel and asked him to confirmation for not extra fees and all payments complete. So you have no trouble like me . If zero star there I will give for behaviour of reception. . Zero zero star

Several times we have stayed at this facility and have always enjoyed the hotel and the area of Bhubaneswar. The rooms are very adequate and we love having two sinks in the room. The wonderful old pictures all over the hotel are really a plus. Every morning we take a walk around the whole acreage.. When coming to this area we will always pick staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the whole breakfast.

We stayed in room which was meticulously clean, air conditioning was perfect, the bathroom was huge, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had its own doorbell which I thought was cool and a hoot. The bath towels were enormous Extra pillows, blankets, Better yet, twice while we were there chocolate was delivered to our room. It was one of the best memorable trip.
