The first morning we had an unexpected breakfast delivered to our room, we didn't request this and staff barged in and placed it on the table. When we explained we didn't want it, the staff said we ordered it and had to pay for it! After arguing with the staff, they eventually took it away. Staff members are also very loud all throughout the day. The second morning we were woken up at 7am and again at 8am by staff to check whether our room had hot water. Staff would barge into the room very often without knocking. Only upside was the location. There was no hot water for 2 days, the first day they told us the geiser had been switched off and it would be available in the morning. In the morning they said they were having issues so they brought a bulb with a plug to heat up the bucket of water. Avoid!
Just horrible. Rooms, Washroom, Food & Service.... all are not upto the mark. Staff is not bothered about the customer.... Food not at all good... AC not working.. Bedsheets & Pillow covers were dirty or not properly washed. Was room doesn't have a exhaust fan, shower not working. Talk of anything.... It's just requires improvement. I did a mistake choosing Rajmahal Hotel.

I booked the hotel from agoda but when I reached ther the guy started fighting me demanding more money. It was a very horrible experience. The hotel is not worth it at all. Really bad experience. Wouldn't go there even if it were free. There was no cleanliness. No real room service.
I booked online on a discount but he asked for more money. He cited he is asking company daily for better prices but they are not listening. Perhaps hotel and online websites have communication gap. Before booking consider this. Other services are good enough.
