I wish I had gone through reviews before booking this, Please dont visit this hotel even if they say for free. I repeat DON'T!!! Everything explained in those 2/3 years old reviews are still true... All they have changed is their name!!!! These f'kin goons still owns it and here is literally no guests, makes u feel so uncomfortable. Rest everything is dusty, My family is literally sleeping on dust. I booked this hotel for 2 days but we are definetly leaving it tomorrow morning. I am never booking hotels via OYO, I would better physically search for one. Two MFingers to OYO!!!
there is no co-ordination between oyo and hotel/ property owner. if anyone prepaid for the bookings at discount he will be cheated by the hotel owner. we booked double bedroom spacies room but we are given a conjusted room no vantilation there. when we oppose they said either you manage or change the room. being tired we paid 300 bucks extra for an spacious room that is also not so good. do prepay at oyo. they are cheater . no hygiene & not clean. staff service is very poor. room and washroom are very dirty. ac & tv not working .
Room was too much dirty and smell like gutter, also they charged for the AC room and provide the non AC room and it was 12 at the night i can not shift to another place, the Bedsheet, bathroom and the room was too dirty. I called customer support twice and after putting me on hold the representative disconnected the call every time as it was mid of the night so i was not able to try in any other hotel.
Please never visit there because i booked a room from OYO through online mode and when i reached there they refused to give me a room and asked me if you want a room then pay for the room and take it which was just double the rate. And it's a big mistake of oyo also because they have such hotels.
If there is option of negative ranking I will definitely give that. Room is so unhygienic and toilet is like public bus stand toilet so unhygienic. Fan is not working bed sheet and pillows smell so bad. It is better to stay in bus stand rather that this place ooh so poor service. Oyo please remove this hotel from your list as this hotel is ruining your image also. From my side i give negative five star Very bad experience
Situated on a Good place. Near by grocery shops and restaurants makes it more convenient to stay. Room service is available but it is slow during peak hours or when there number of customers at hotel. Fooding is available but may be expensive. Room rates are moderate.
Worst place i have ever been to.. They asked such a stupid question. I am with my wife and provided id's and they ask, Is this id belong to her only, if not problems can occur. I mean i never been to such a place. And food i paid 400 bucks and i got food with extra salt, it feels like they cook one portion of food and used a full packet of salt. It was my compulsion that i stayed in that place. Please if anyone want read this just stay away from that place. And i dont know how oyo can authorised such a place to be called oyo hotel. PATHETIC
I was given very small room. 6 feet by 10 feet. Not enough place to keep 2 bags. The hotel is in a small gully where the cab drivers find it difficult to reach and they ask you to walk till the main road and board the cab. Hotel staff were decent.
