OYO Flagship Hotel 1st Choice - Hotel in Chandigarh - Chandigarh, India

Nice small rooms with good interior but a lot of improvement is needed. AC doesn't work properly so had to use fan(which worked only on top speed) along with AC. Toilet flush was not working, rooms are not up to the mark of maintenance. Towel and pillows were stinking.

not book this hotel ..worst hotel..room not clean..dust on bed...bathroom is not good. lStaff are extremely rude. Cleaning lady curses back the night shift one. Blankets have holes and the tubes, sink clogged up. The non smoking room still smells like cigarettes. They don't clean the rooms at all. Disgusting!! ...Not clean. Damaged towel racks and shower curtain. Disabled smoke alarm. Broken lamp. Drawers had crumbs of some sort in them. Toothpaste on bathroom wall. No blankets. Tv works. Armoire door missing. plz not book this hotel .. any more enquiries .msg me on my Instagram ig= itsgurisidhu

Worst hotel, cheapest and very bad rooms. Pics on Oyo sites are totally different from reality. They are just making fool of us. Dont go there. Walls of the room shows the quality of hotel. . I had paid in advance, and i checked in very late at night so didn't have any option rather to stay there. Even i requested them to change the room, another room was also same, but it was little bit Ok. Worst Bathroom. And when i tried to lock the door from inside there was no locking system except Key lock. Even key lock was so much poor that if anyone just kick the door once he can easily come inside. Food was also very bad. There was so much salt in food that i use to eat that much salt in 1 week. I founf only good thing there is Alloo prantha in morning breakfast . so i had very bad experience. Just wastage of money.

We wait a lot for a room, even we have a booking. The room was not clean. Still was in construction. The heater was not working. We didnt have curtains at the window. May be was only that room. Dont go to the room 103. My only good point is the friendly stuff

Worst hotel... At time of checkin staff members were fighting like a dog with each other and then started abusing the guest.... In morning no water in taps poor room sevice... I was charges Rs.1250/- at time of checking out for staying in a Hotel which not worth Rs. 500/-. OYO has degraded its services and standards of its properties.. Not expected such kind of services from OYO properties.. I am really disappointed

Located in a byelane of Chandigarh and found it's rooms too small to accommodate two persons. Since we booked thru Makemytrip, could not help much. They did not have twin beds but only double beds.

Room's condition excellent and best service in whole area, Nice staff behavior, food taste good only veg

Good hotel. Recommended to other. Except 3rd floor rooms are good neat and clean. Location is not such as good but under budget it's perfect .
