Worst oyo residency I never seen before this suitable for 1 0r 2 hours then u can understand the purpose. Don't book online and offline as well. I hope this helpful at least for one person.
Dont book don't book. Worst worst worst worst worst experience. After booking in online and went to hotel, they said all rooms where booked so no room available go away, but all rooms are free and showing the face. In Oyo app it was showing just 500 but the receptionist charged 2000. The receptionist was very rude guy, TV was not working, unclean toilets and sink, there was dirty blanket and dirty bedsheet. Please don't waste your money here. NO POWER FOR 2 DAYS. WHILE ASKING WITH THEM THEY SAID POWER WILL COME IN NEXT 1 HOUR FOR THE SAME FOR 2 DAYS. Managing these hotel with Hindi walas***********
It was horrible. In Oyo app it was showing just 500 but the receptionist charged 1500 which is ridiculous. The receptionist was very rude guy, the hallway was very dirty, TV was not working, unclean toilets and sink, there was dirty blanket and dirty bedsheet cover. The room is very small, I've never experienced worst room like this. Please don't waste your money here.
I have faced some difficulty reaching this location room service is nice and staff was good but the geysers in the were not workin.
Don't book room in this fraud hotel, it's in small gully of K K Nagar, once you reach there, after booking through OYO, they will say rooms we booked not available and insist us for an upgrade and charge us more. Secondly property manager will not be available when u call them. When I reached there I found other customer also faced the same issue so I canceled my booking. My rating will be 0 but for posting this review I had to give them 1 star. Don't book in this hotel even no rooms available in entire Chennai

Worst experience. Although the room was booked a week ago by paying full amount online, the person at the counter demanded extra rs 1000 saying that the rates are increased. Did not give me the bill when asked for. No TV or AC as promised. Cleanliness below average. Better avoid this place.
