If this is flagship then I wonder what others are like. Absolutely terrible. Nasty dirty bedsheets, Genset running inside the building and the fumes getting into the staircase and rooms. I was charged for breakfast by OYO but no breakfast was served by the hotel.
The location is bit confusing.. It's far away from patia pantaloons as it is given as a landmark in hotel address. The lock of the room was not in proper condition as it's issue of safety. They don't have their own kitchen. As I checked out early in the morning I didn't get breakfast though it was included in my booking. Besides this land phone, geyser were not working.. Overall it was very bad..
