Located on prime location of Chennai Central railway station but its not worth of money, no facility of drinking water, wifi, very poor room service and rhude behaviour of staff. Washroom are full of bad odour and cockroaches. Never stay here.
Worst hotel,even after booking a month earlier,at the time of check in they won't give us room and say that there are no rooms available And they don't give the advance refund also,don't prefer this hotel
The location is good but the quality of the rooms are not at par and there is no service. If you are in a hurry and want stay close to the station then you can opt for this otherwise go for other options. Single Bed / day (non-ac)=Rs 500
The rooms are very average. There is a problem of Mosquito bites. You cannot sleep a full one straight hour. That much mosquito problem is in their rooms. And the next is at bathrooms they dont even have good draining facility. After you take a bath all the used water will be there stagnant for some hours... And water is very salty.
We have booked through Agoda for a single room. As we got in discounted price, after coming here, the hotel staff is saying we don't have rooms available. Worst behaviour from male staff. Don't waste time by booking in this hotel, same scenario repeated for people who came with family members and the hotel staff imposing to compulsory pay extra money for room, oresle they are simply saying there are no rooms available. This hotel is enough to take down the reputation of Chennai.
Please avoid this hotel. One of the worst Lodge. Lift doesn't work between 11pm to 7 am. Bathing water is super salty like they have been filling up their tanks directly from the sea. No drinking water. No wifi. AC wasn't cooling. Awful Room Service.
Too Worst Service They tagged with OYO but while check in they've provided very bad AC room and no ceiling fan. After payment, we've waited 1.5hrs to get the room where it was not ready with any bedsheets and lift was not working. Bathroom door was not locking. Very noisy as it's on roadside. Who ever is coming through OYO booking they're providing such rooms. If you want to pay and take some rest properly then please avoid this hotel. *Even all the Owners and staffs are very careless and irresposible even after paid.
This is a very bad choice to stay in Chennai, don't prefer this hotel
