It was first time I m so disappointed by the Oyo live in.... being regular customer I expected better as before...but it was very disgusting here in royal grand lodge where there is no privacy...no peace...lot of disturbance....no room service....selfish staff demanding money every now n thn...AC Not working....tv not working....staff unknown of the functions of Tv n AC...js pretending everytime....I personally don't recommend this stay......in Hyderabad u get far better stays than this... Sorry to say this....but not at all happy here....

Convenient location nearby railway station. Room service personnel are also okay. Room ambience and neatness is not upto the mark. One remarkable thing is that room's main door is with a glass fitting.
They will charge extra on your booking better to avoid this hotel, and look for better option
Booking for My stay on 22nd September Hotel Relax turned into nightmare. Hotel room was very very very small and it had a transparent main door with one curtain on the door to cover the transparent part and then no towels no proper washroom no geyser, not a single mirror Simply pathetic. no breakfast provided which was included in the booking.
Room was clean but not much as expected. Bedsheet and Blanket was messy. Apart from that Caretaker is a nice person. Near to Secunderabad Railway Station. Low budget room.
Room is good. Mainly it's just 1 km from the secunderabad railway station. Road side building, so it is very convenient. Room quality is okay but toilet is not up to the mark. Behaviour of the management is nice.
