hotel staffs were polite. just one form to fill up. Hot water facility available. hotel is situated around a kilometre from munnar town. good restaurants nearby. gurubhavan inn restaurant is having good food woth reasonable pricing i booked three double rooms. they have one each double room in three floors. so they allotted semi deluxe rooms to us for our convenience.

Checked in at night 9:30pm. Check in Procedure was fast, within 5 min we got the room and it was ready for the accomodation. Had a queen size bed, a good cuboard, led tv with cable connection ( if watching film is ur motive copy ur film in a pendrive. TV have usb support ), bathroom was clean and 24hr hot water enabled. Although these were all good some maintenance should be done on the toilet pipes and door handles. Room service needed to improve Privacy and Good room. Silent atmospere

Affordable rooms for all . Well maintained and clean surroundings . Friendly staff and manager with knowledge about the locale. Provides tips on how to manage time by visiting places in certain order so that we won't get tired for next day of travel. Hot water is available 24/7 & Free Wifi . Shops for souvenirs,homemade chocolates, soaps , spices are all available in nearby buildings. Two restaurants are available right in front of hotel with chinese south indian and continental food.

Thanks a lot for the great service. Neat clean rooms and toilets, budget friendly and excellent service. Neighbourhood also comfy. Free WiFi. Even though they don't provide soft diet, the staff made it a point to help us when one of us was sick.. You helped make our trip enjoyable..

Staffs were really helpful. I was with my family. We arrived in the early morning. though the check-in time was 12 o'clock, they let us have a spare room up to that time, free of cost. They, later, helped us arrange transportation for sight seeing and suggested good sales to buy the local specialities. I, definitely, recommend this hotel, especially to people travelling with families.

Our stay at your hotel was short due to our tight schedule. The hotel is neat clean and decent and has all facilities up to the mark. Location is superb, good view and staff was utmost polite. We had a very comfortable stay at your hotel. Next visit to Munnar, you will be our first preference.

this is a decent place to stay for people on a modest budget. the rooms offer basic amenities like hot water, clean room and bathroom. the staff is polite and courteous. they don't have a proper restaurant or food service however they make it available on request. the plus point is the location which is close to the main market. overall its a no brainer for people looking for a decent place. go for it.
