Nice hotel. Just book an a/c room because the non-ac rooms are not well maintained. Very cheap pricing also. The manager is very good in behaviour and very helping also. Staff is also good. I have stayed in both ac and non-ac rooms. Non-ac rooms were not clean enough, even the bathrooms of non-ac rooms were not properly cleaned. The bed of non-ac rooms were also not well maintained. Now about a/c rooms. They were very spacious, well cleaned with clean & spacious bathrooms. U can order food tea etc in the room itself. Room service guy will bring them. Overall had a good experience.

Budget hotel, exactly to say the best in the cheaper segment of hotels in terms of locality and room. AC rooms are bit more better. Very nearky located, to be exact walking distance from tech mahindra and located in purely residential location and filled with all types of grocery, fast food and shops for all basic eminities are located at a walking distance. But u can't stay in a non AC room during peak summer, otherwise mostbof the rooms has good ventilation. I used to sleep by opening the door ketting the cool breeze pass through the room. I stayes here for almost 2 months in bits and pieces during early 2018, mostly on weekdays to be precise as i uses to run back to home every weekend. Can be a bit more cleaner and some facilities like geyser and hand flush in washrooms to be provided making it more sutiable and preferred budget hotel. The mattress and pillows are too old and seems clumsy. But i say it is one of the best budgeted hotel cheaper than many oyo rooms and the best part is you can hire a room on monthly basis too making it a lot more cheaper. Believe me guys i stayed in almost 50 percent of the hotels in bhubaneshwar as i spent arount 8 months in hotels when i initially shifted to Bhubaneswar. If, might have got some upgrades then it should be pleasant stay for everyone.

The Best you can get. Seriously. I am here for two days and the service you get, the rooms you get, the maintenance and cleanliness. Also considering the price point, its very pocket friendly. Also listed in OYO, you are in for a treat my friend, as here you will find 'NO MOSQUITOES!'. Strange but true ! Although, the staffs give you a Good Night Mosquito Repellant Liquid, though you will not need it.

Just an average place of stay. Nothing fancy about rooms. Dirty walls. Dirty bed sheets. If you just want to stay for the night. Then it's okay. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because if the restaurant below which has incredibly great North Indian food.

Not as i expected. It is out of location and basic amenities are missing like no telephone to call the reception, No geyser in the bathroom, bed linen and pillows are worst, looks like they have never been cleaned, also they have provided the dirtiest towel ever i guess as whole of the towel was stenched. Also rooms are not that well cleaned and even half of the light fittings were missing. I stayed for two days but not liked it a bit. Still i am giving two stars.

Loved the stay at maitree residency. 500 metres away from kalinga hospital and situated at maitree vihar. And can be found easily. Neat and clean rooms. Well behaved staffs. Staffs will assure no one is going to disturb while your stay. Most importantly suitable for couples as it certified by goibibo. The manager of this hotel is a gentleman. Family and couple both can books rooms here without any concern and doubt.

Stayed in the non-AC room and these are the Pros: Hassle free check in and out Good staff Got hot water through boiler Cons: Got stained linen, bedsheets, pillow and towel. Lots of mosquitoes found didn't get any liquid repellents. Stay here only you really don't have any other options.

Pleased to have stayed at Maitree Residency.Booking process was hassle free.Rooms were good and spacious.People over there are quite friendly.Recommend you people to stay there if you need a place near Kalinga Hospital.There are good restaurants and hotels within walkable distance so don't worry for food.Auto stand , ATMs and Police post everything is with in 30mtrs.You ll get a good commute too.Overall a good place to stay.
