OYO Flagship 39536 The Atithii - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Was outside the hotel & the reception desk directly denied to provide a room....moreover the booking was not even cancelled and they marked as checked in when there is no sign of me inside the premises....no proper helpdesk aswell to get over with.....worst & disgusting service

My stay was fine with this hotel. Hotel staff was not that much but yes cooperative. Room was fine but washroom is not attached to the room and there is no lock in the washroom. Hotel does not provide food and you have to travel a distance of 1 km for eating anything. Hotel is in a colony type area so it's safe also.

I would suggest OYO should remove this hotel from it's list. It was completely different as it was showing in application. Not hygienic, wifi was not available and the receptionist told DTH recharge has not yet done since from long. The bed n pillow were stinking. You'll get breakfast included in OYO application only but not in real. It was a bad experience n wouldn't recommed to anyone

third class hotel, no TV, no WiFi, dirty room, no reception, no housekeeping, no drinkable water, broken mirrors, no washrooms in most of the rooms, OYO should blacklist this hotel or this hotel will destroy your reputation and image....pathetic, rude staff, ...... no one will even take your luggage to your room.....you have to walk a kilometer to buy water and food and auto.....cigarette buds, cockroaches everywhere......Dirty toilets.......air-conditioning also not working most of the time due to power cut.....worst experience ever....wont be able to recommend OYO in the future....also your customer service also sucks....still waiting for the refund i was promised by OYO customer care.....i don't want to give a single star to this property..........

Room was good, with attach bathroom and kitchen but lot of mosquitos are there .though they provided allout but it was not working may be it expired and the bedsheet was dirty as it was not cleaned. Bad smell was there in the bathroom but except that, everything was fine , in the tv lot of channels are there,

I have stayed for 9 days and the experience is horrible no room service no cleaning there is no attached washroom as I have booked for there is no kitchen in the ambiance service and the nature of the management is rude and T.V is not working after the complain too and they even dont have the air freshener spray. I have stayed for 9 days and there is 1.no cleaning of room and bed sheet change 2. T.V is not working 3. room full of smoke and they didn't have the air freshener spray i got the spray after 2 days 4. maintenance is low 5. poor behaviour 6. no attached washroom and kitchen 7. no food security 8. no cleaning of common washroom too 9. no cleaning in common area 10. I don't prefer to couples and ladies to stay in the hotel sorry to say so but felted very bad

If possible i will rate this property negative As for both room and food i am totally unsatisfied and was cheated in the name of meal the condition of room was not good , neither any proper staff nor any assistance from any one the lock if bathroom was not working now came to food the condition of food was really pathetic i pay 150 for a meal i thought it will be any plate of veg or non veg but firstly at the property the receptionist was not agree to provide us food but later after talking from the oyo staff he provide us with a simple plate of rice ,dal , one sabji and papad that too like a mess food packed in free polythin and was unhygenic . when we talked to receptionist about that he said " yaha yhi milega bhai" then we contact oyo and the oyo staff told us to wait for sometime after sometime he seems completely helpless and we won't get any type of help we contact them for one more time on evening but the condition was same that time we raise refund issue but he told sorry sir we can't initiate refund for this issue so finally we checkout at nearly 7:00 pm and stayed at some other place

My overall experience is good however at the time of check-in there was some issues after that once we checked-in I had a lovely stay. Room and staff service were satisfactory.
