Worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff is ridiculous they are not willing to work if you will call them they won't show up even to get water I had to go and buy from the shops outside. The hotel staff won't even come for room cleaning or bathroom cleaning the bed sheet were also the same for 3 days as they said their laundry wasn't working. They made excuses for everything they didn't wanted to work at all. The food is also ridiculous as both the times they gave us cold food cold chapati which wasn't edible. The room hygiene is the worst of all as there were 3-4 cockroaches in my room plus there was pan spitted on the walls and cigarette buds and some stuff near the window. The bed wasn't comfortable at all it was very old and not in proper condition. Even the manager had a very bad attitude towards the customers.Wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone would not go even if I get free stay. If the owner is reading this please get some new staff and sorry to say this but you don't know how to maintain a hotel.
At this price ,it's a bargain . Rooms are really clean and service is really good . From the receptionist to the to service , they will make your living comfortable . Hotel food is also a better choice ,if you are planning to order something. Affordable prices, and really tasty food. Only thing is you can have issues with network..though free WiFi facility will cover it up .
Though lylen were clean, floor was not so clean.jet of bathroom was not working. There were no water bottle.i had to go downstair to bring water. Small rooms also. No parking space.. there were used condoms outside the window.
Had an encounter with Mr. Hussain last night. Either he should be called to the oyo head office and felicitated or he should be relieved with immediate effect and consult a psychiatrist. Such kind of ill thought personality, such anger, such dissatisfaction can endanger the unity and integrity of my motherland in near future.
