1. Very clean rooms, washrooms, bed, food...etc
2. The price is worth it. You will not be disappointed.
3. The food is really good, you can order from outside also and the tea and coffee are also so good, very affordable.
4. Provide regular clean drinking water. Don't have to pay for mineral water.
5. Good hospitality, peaceful location.

Awesome hotel cheap prices , feels like home , the staffs are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is awesome , the food is good , what else do you need at a measly tariff of 2600 rupees.
The area is so quite where The room is located, moreover the rooms were really clean and ambient. I stayed there for just one night but I slept like a baby. The breakfast was appetizing as well. I would have loved to extend my stay but I had to leave for Puri next week.

TV has hardly a few channels/Boring.
Away from local market/daily needs.
No auto/local conveyance easily available.
Breakfast/Food is ordered from outside. Hence takes long to get delivered.
