OYO Flagship 342 Anna Nagar - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Pretty decent hotel. From out side we may get a clumsy feeling. But rooms are extremely clean. The most omportant i noticed is the pleasing staff behaviour. They do not have travel desk, but the reception staff can arrange ur all travel needs better than a travel desk operator. Room service is good. Toilets are clean and wel maintanied. New furnitures, cupboard facility pretty wel fucntioning air conditioning system.. Just step in with out over expectation, u will like it

Really well spoken and warm staff. Room and service is very good. Rooms kept neat and clean. Room boys also when a dressing us are polite and always smiling. Very good place to stay. I feel have own car there is parking available only upto 2. In the morning from 10 to 10:30 roads are really busy.

The brand name OYO speaks for itself. Well-maintained room with good facilities at a nominal price charge. Early check-in fetched us a charge of Rs.500. Other than that, there was nothing to complain. We were given a complimentary breakfast. Room service was good. All facilities were excellent. Parking facility is limited. Overall experience was good.

It's worst ever stay, for God sake don't even look at OyO rooms. This property is supposedly flagship property which smells like a public toilet. It does not have a guest washroom. They do not have any restaurant or kitchen in the property. The OyO Rooms service has taken a nose dive where I was kept on hold for 1 hour 7 mins just to get manager on call. I find the whole team of OyO rooms to be bunch of highly unprofessional individuals. Ms Vaishali who is customer care executive, her statement to me is I am not authorized to speak with her manager where I have been kept on hold for more than 1 hour. Ritesh Agarwal I have full sympathy with you and my best wishes for your business with such unprofessional individuals.

Go here if you'd like to meet incredibly interesting and lively roommates. They tend to come in many colours, though Brown is the most common and they fly on to you. Very dirty. Infested. Run.

Spacious room, could have maintained the place better. The complementary breakfast they offer is (idly and sambar everyday) served in a plate in the room, don't get misguided by this.

Location is good , room is spacious ..... That's the only good thing ..... Everything else is bad. Poor service ... bathroom not very clean , I had chosen hotel with breakfast option , for which they offered only 1 item ( methu-wada) .... No other option

Stayed in room 203. This is the worst stay in my life. Toilets not cleaned, including closet. U can't imagine how it looks. Match box and last used soaps were in the bathroom, with opened oyo body wash. Used sheets and blankets were given. Full of stains in sheets and towels. Adding to it, power failure always. Imagine how to call reception between 30mnts intervals to switch on the circuit breaker. We did it ourselves during night time. Sleepless stay... Not even deserving one star, but can keep it for the staff behaviour, feeling sorry for them to work in such hotels.. Thanks
