OYO Flagship 324 Velachery Madipakkam - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Hotel is located at a very peaceful location. Rooms are very big and well equipped.During my stay the fan of my room was damaged. There were no channel visible on the TV, Don't know why OYO is keeping promise of providing TV. Food was fairly good. Staff behaviour was also very well. Overall it was a good experience.

The place is Nice to stay for a few days. The staff was decent and helpful. I haven't tried the food yet but from the looks of it I am guessing it should be okay to hear. The only drawback is that it's located a bit away from the main city and you'll need a cab or public transportation to move around the city.

The rooms Re very old. All the doors doesn't have keys. All rooms are full of mosquito. The person staying here is sure for getting dengue fever. Room has no intercom in working conditions. Other than good reception person nothing is good about hotel. No hygiene, linens are bad, beds are with pathetic mattress.

It was a ok hotel. Rooms were clean. TV not worked. Air conditioners are pretty good. Only drawback is matress..They doesn't seems to be clean and comfortable. Coming to food.. it's waste of money. Doesn't tasted well, though being much costlier. Not suggested.

Bedsheets are white but probably not clean. Towel was clean and dried but there were spots (not cleaned properly). I was given the room on ground floor. The kitchen was across my room. There was lot of disturbance till late hours and could not sleep. Was given small body wash and soap. I had forgotten the tooth paste and has to ask for it. They did not give the WiFi password until I discovered that they offer free WiFi. There is hot and cold running water. I had to ask for telephone instrument which was not there. Similarly I had to demand for remote control of the air conditioner. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this property

Good location, and great staff who ll ensure your stay is comfortable.. Again.. Great staff who made a 2* rating into 4*.. But the rooms aren't as clean as one would expect them to be and avoid the rooms in ground floor at all costs.. Stinks.. Parking can be bit of an issue..

Spacious room with clean bathrooms but the linens weren't clean. The ac doesn't work in some rooms . Complimentory Breakfast consists of 2 idlis and 1 vada only. Worth the money only if they improve on these points.

They have given my ac room to someone else before i check in.. Later they gave a fake reason that AC is not working,so we cancelled you booking.. Later they gave a different reason that over booking problem. But the booking is still active. It has not cancelled. After a long fight they have given me a unused non ac room which was so dirty.. All OYO's are doing the same.
