OYO Flagship 27909 Coco Garden Bar & Restaurant - Hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

There is no intercom in rooms, receptionist will give his mobile number for any services. Same guy used to enter the room to give breakfast. At least he should know that he must not enter the hotel room when guests are inside. While Checkout, I had to checkout at morning 7. There was no one available at reception. There are two sweet dogs in the property, they were not so sweet that morning and constantly barking at me. I called multiple times to the receptionist's mobile but it was not answered. At last I had to wake other care taker up from his sleep so that he can open the gate and take the dog away from main gate. It was a very frustrating experience. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. It is very near from main market. Moreover , This hotel is no more associated with OYO anymore, neither hotel nor OYO informed me about the detachment of this hotel from Oyo. I booked ticket and when I reached hotel, hotel denied checkin. I had to use some hard words to oyo support. They refunded the money but I was dead stuck at the hotel with family ( with no availability of rooms anywhere). I had no option but to book rooms at a very very higher prices at the same hotel. I have given 1 star not because of the oyo detachment from this hotel, it is because of hotel's services.

Worst hotel found in my whole life. Not even deserve 1 star. Cockroachs are running in room. Staff is rude. In breakfast they are providing bread and tea that is also not drinkable . We have booked the hotel for 2 days and kept AC at a temperature of 16 then also is not cooling. They are not providing any service after 9 not even water. You have to get down to collect the water. Worst place to stay.

One of the best rooms one can ever have and that too at a very low price, the staff is good, place is clean and quiet and it is near too calangaute and baga Beach. From calangaute it's around 400m only so I feel lucky to have this room bcz whenever I want to see sunrise or sunset I went there.. Ac, wifi, kitchen, refrigerator,free parking all the facilities are present when we booked it

Being a solo traveller,this place was best !! When you enter the place,you can feel the positive vibes around the property. The staff are so friendly and always there to help.The room is so neat and clean...the bathroom is spacious with 24 hours of hot water.Overall,my 3 night stay was awesome...and for a traveller like me...wherever I go,end of the day I need a nice bed,bathroom & quite place.Stay Coco garden is a perfect place for all of it.

I had a wonderful stay at coco garden. Their in-house restaurant serves the best Goan food I ate. The owners are very sweet and helpful. I would recommend the place to all. Look forward to coming back

One of the worst hotel experiences. Sub-standard room. Don't get fooled by the cheap room rates, these come with cheap behaviour of the hot staff. Bathroom is broke. Ac doesn't work, Pathetic food etc.

Our stay with Coco Garden was very pleasant as me and my wife stayed there for 5 days.Very helpful owners and good co ordination with the guest.I will recommend this place for all

Friendly home stay .. Authentic Goan experience nice seafood .. if you have license it's easy to pick your ride here.. even cars on hire..
