OYO Flagship 24460 Star City - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Stayed here for almost 2 months because of the lock down. One of the worst hotel's I have ever stayed in. Dirty rooms and poorly maintained apartments. Service was poor and most of the AC's were not even working. Staff behavior was poor except few. They do have kitchen but their food's worth eating or not is debatable.

I have booked the room through OYO booking id is OWSC7402,after visit the property i have cancelled the booking. very worst receptionist, i haven't seen any dignity on him for this job. How could oyo approve him to this resceptive job. Bunch of rooms doesn't have attach bathrooms ,Bathrooms are available in outside the main door am not sure whether it was common room or private room. when am asking about this concern they are not response properly. Am rising the question y u haven't mentioned those info in booking description itself, he simply said we are not mention this kind of information in description. If they are mentioning this kind info mean how could they are varying the room prices?. There is no hygienic in room surrounding areas lot of insects are there. Totally am discomfort with this property.

Hotel rooms have cigarette smell. Informed the so called responsible but irresponsible person he just smiled. No hot water facilities in some of the rooms. When asked about it the guy said it will come in 5 min but he never returned and absconded from reception. The other guy who was there said he don't know anything about it. Pathetic hotel. Next day night a lost drunk guy came started knocking on the door. Not recommended at all.

I have booked through OYO, .. It's a service apartment Plus point is location The room allocated to me is without attached toilet Rooms are not good. Need to maintain properly.. Service levels are ok. It's ok hotel for bachelor..

It is a hidden gem. Stayed in Bazullah road apartments. Spacious rooms and yet charges are so less. Good service but it could be improved greatly. Ideal spot if you need to shop in T Nagar and to travel to various other places.

Scope for improvements are always there, Facilities Cleanliness should be focussed Spacious rooms, good location, training for staffs is inadequate. Constrained parking. It's good for short business stays less than 3 days.

The hotel has good room but the breakfast was the worst. There is no tea or coffee during breakfast. I mean the worst Oyo experience in the past all oyo stays.. Rest they dont have independent rooms.. Its flats where each rooms are given separately..

Twice prefered same place to stay.. Rooms were excellent, situated in quiet environment with no disturbance, staff could do better complaints are always ignored they don't care about the guest once they checked in.. Note: pls take drinking water with you they don't even provide water for drinking
