The facilities was not good, the receptionist was not cooperative. Very dirty bad. Bad experience at all. The staff have no manner to behave, Even in my room there was no any night lamp. I make complain 3-4 time to change bed sheet, and even contact through Oyo app, but no positive response was found from both (Hotel and Oyo app). It ruined my day, and I use my own bed sheet to avoid dirty, hairy bedsheet.
The washroom was so small. I still didn't understand on what basis they charged so much from me . The floor was completely dirty . The bedsheets were used . There were different spots n the pillow covers . Try to justify the money at least when somebody visits it next time . Please .
Worst hotel ever. Do't go with the uploaded pictures of room. Worst service, dirty room, damp wall, very dirty bathroom. All staff are rude. Tv, geyser are not working. Rating is -5.
