OYO Flagship 18570 Hotel Jazz - Hotel in Jalandhar - Jalandhar, India

I booked AC room through OYO. Upon reaching hotel they offered non-AC room and asked extra money for AC room. I had to give because had no nearby option. Dishonesty is the policy of this hotel.

worst experience ever! worse room and to top of all worst customer service.

Hello Friends I normally travel twice a month for business trips. This was the worst experience to stay in this hotel in my life that's why sharing all this. I booked this Hotel with my family this time as I need to attend function which is nearby hotel. From start the person Raj was at reception. As I entered the hotel and show my booking and told 2 rooms are booked. He said ok give my ID as Proof. I gave Him my ID and requested to give keys to my wife and child as due to winters in long travel they wanted to use a loo but he refused and said first submit ID and complete all process only after that I will give u keys. Anyhow we agreed and completed process. We were given keys. I asked him to send some ward boy to collect baggages from my car and leave in my room. But he refused for that also that we need to carry all things at our own as there is no boy available. After entering the room it was a clean room at glance but when we stayed there we found that bathing area of bathroom is visible from room as the partition between bathroom and room was with open Jaal of wooden decorated and that was quite horrible. The quilts spread over beds was smelly and cotton uneven. The mattress covers were dirty and torn. Overall we go to attend party and came back in night and see that our bathroom light was not glowing , I used mobile to go inside. When I called at reception he told our geyser connection is with bathroom light so we off the lights in evening and we will light it up in morning. In morning when I wake up and go to loo the worst situation was that there was no water in taps, and washed hands with the drinking water we brought with us. My wife called on reception phone no. of times but no one picks the phone. It was the worst stay of my life. Book this hotel only if you want to take revenge from any of your enemy else stay away.

Not clean room No clear any thing

A worst stay ever in hotel. I had booked it for stay of 3 nights but couldn't even stay for second night. Here are some reasons why. I reached at about 11.30am, no one at reception,had to wait for 40mins to check-in. No TV in room only a hanging cable(see pic), no dressing table just the bed and for some reason there was a towel hanging in the high corner of wall(see pic). Then there was uncovered ventilating window from cool breeze was coming in. Quality of quilt was the worst. Complain about wifi speed like 10 times and nothinh was done, it's speed was like you send a text mesaage on WhatsApp and you have to wait literally 10 mins for the message to actually go, so you can imagine. Then ordered lunch at 2pm, received the LUNCH at about 6 pm in which chapatis were cold and rice were uncooked and spoon was dirty (see pic), and when i asked for another bowl of black peas curry in return i got reply that it's not available. At about 7 I went to use washroom and guess what the bulb holder was hanging empty (see pic), then ofc i complained about it and kept complaining for an hour and finally got light at 9.30pm. Not to mention there was no phone in the room to order room service or to complain about something, I actually had to use my cell phone to call at reception and as i mentioned sometimes there's no one at reception so i actually go downstairs to look for someone. And the major trouble i had was construction and drilling noise irritating me all the time till evening 6. And the location is so remote you gotta walk a km or so for decent veg restaurants. So obviously I would never suggest you to stay at this.

Behaviour of staff is polite and gentle.

This hotel is basically for couples or for friends with benefits. so if you are planning to visit it with family then it may be your bad decision. Staff is very good and co-operative. Place is not Hygienic and lack of furniture other room goodies. overall experience is just okay.

Reception staff is very professional & Supportive. Room service is up to the mark but the breakfast quality is very poor.. i hope they will improve after reading this review. Overall it was nice & comfortable stay..and i would like to come again..at least once
