OYO Flagship 11549 Crystal INN - Hotel in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

Pathetic, manager vikash singh behaves like a Gunda won't provide u with any service even towel forget anything else DO NOT use this hotel if u want service peace and safety

It's a genuine review. I stayed here for 4 days. First of all the hotel is awesome for staying. Breakfast is so delicious. Staff is so humble and helpful. Good hospitality and hygiene. Only one thing which I got troubled with is they didn't allow me to check-in with OYO because they directly said that they can't provide their room service at these low prices. And I'm sure that this problem is associated with the communication between OYO and hotel management but I had to wait for more than one hour because of this and literally OYO didn't help with this. Although they gave me the option to check-in into other hotel but I denied and they refunded my money back. Then I had to check-in with almost double price as mentioned at OYO app. I had to spend 4 days there and checked-in here for one day only because of high prices but services and hospitality of this hotel made me stay here for complete 4 days. Worth the money. It's completely couple friendly.

The room is no doubt good. it's spacious. We'll maintained. But the service here is poor. The AC was on at 16deg(c) for hours but still we were sweating in the room. Then there were no towels and sanitary stuffs. When we asked for it, they gave us one very small local soap. Whereas others Oyo hotels give biotique or mama's earth products. Then the food quality was worst. Waste of money.

Pathetic service..I booked the place through Oyo reached hotel at 6 in the morning and they refused to accept prepaid booking of Oyo. As I was stuck I rebooked the place by paying again. I specifically asked them the checkout timing which was told to be to be 12. At 11 they forced me to checkout this time receptionist was different. They don't know anything about hospitality. Worst and pathetic experience ever.

The owner of this place got a bad attitude. So firstly I reached on 16/02, and made the payment on OYO App as I was receiving a discount of Rs.500 for prepaying. The manager straight away denied to check me in as I had received the discount. We had to make the Rs.500 payment before they would allow us to check in. Secondly the rooms had stains all over the floor, the mattress and blanket were dirty and dusty. The people at reception are very lethargic. 1/10 wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Stay was pleasent, however if you are visiting TATA you could check other options too, PS it's better to bargain and book on spot rather than booking through Oyo app. Hotel was almost empty but the location was good.

Very bad service. They claim early morning check ins are done on call but in practical when you go, nobody is there. In fact they say rooms are filled have to wait or else shift.

It was a great experience, nice location, couples don't think twice just book and enjoy your stay, hotel staff's were very supportive, rooms are neat and clean, ac and TV were in working condition. Overall I enjoyed my stay and those who read this review don't be hesitant just book and enjoy, best of luck for your stay.
