OYO Flagship 10508 Hanshika Residency - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Worst experience, Rooms not maintained, don't accept any online booking. Very disappointing, not clean not hygienic.

I'm not recommending this Hotel at all to anyone. It's too far away from the city and having no market/parking space for vehicle. There's no sitting/waiting area inside the hotel but they have mentioned that they have waiting area for the guests. No security, No restaurants nearby area. It's not guest friendly. I faced checked-in issues in Hanshika Residency during my Visit to Bhubaneswar. Kindly don't book this hotel for your stay in bhubaneswar. Thank you very much Goibibo Team for arranging another hotel which was quite good and nearby city with no additional cost.

This was one of the worst experiences of a Hotel that I had in a long long time. I booked the room via OYO for 3 people and when I reached the location the owner first argued about letting me in. When that was figured out, he told me he would provide an extra mattress for my friend (this was a Classic (2X) room which have a capacity for 2 people and OYO promises a mattress for the 3rd person). In the evening when my friends came, the owner deliberately argued and did not provide the mattress. On top of that, the bathroom was dirty and even though the rooms were spacious, the AC and Fan were at the corner and not directly above where the bed was! This was beyond shocking. Definitely would not recommend this hotel Service- 1/5 Rooms- 3/5 Hygiene- 2/5 Price- 2/5 Space- 4/5 Overall- 2/5

The place is very comfortable. Well lit and AC works well. You are provided with hot water whenever required. The best thing about the hotel being it's service. The staff have been very supportive and have helped us in all occasion. They splly cooked for us and provided us good food. Though we had to wait for a while before we were allotted our room despite pre-booking. It can be overseen by the courtesy offered by the staff. Had a great stay

Nice homestay for family also. We stayed dor 3 nights n 4 days. Hospitality is also gud employees working there r soft spoken n humble, service is also up to the mark though only few people work there so sometimes take time, food quantity n quality n taste everything is perfect though we r spice food lovers ap took them time to cook accordingly but they did n it was like home, in breakfast only few items r available so tjey need to improve on that. Rooms r gud but somwhere walls dirty n have seepage spots also so looks bad n hot water facility is need to b improved. Overall nice place to stay....

They wil not take any one through OYO booking Night i came with my two sisters at 9.00 after Hotal person not ready to give room and asked more money Don't go any one this hotal

The people in front desk as well as the boys are very polite and friendly. The front desk person is fluent in English Hindi and regional languages. He guides you well regarding sight seeing and local attractions. The kitchen is good. Rates for food are economical. The rooms are clean and offer value for money

I have stayed here for the second time and honestly speaking this OYO is rightly among the top 20 OYO hotels of Bhubaneswar. Located in Maitree Vihar this hotel displays the real meaning of hospitality and professionalism at one go. Rooms were neatly kept with all other amenities provided adequately.Room service was no less behind and Staffs were helpful. Actually you don't need to ponder about check-in cause these people are providing a hassle free service.You can park your Car/Bike infront of the Hotel without any trouble (safety concerns) and they are also providing food service at reasonable prices. What can i say more about this hotel.Just choose this OYO property whenever you need a comfortable place to stay around in Bhubaneswar.Lastly i would like to thank the staffs for their service during my 2 days stay.
