The location of the hotel is very good. It's very close to Cinepolis cinemas. The room was little bit small but clean. The staff was also nice. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend the hotel to the visitors.

It wasn't a good experience for us! the day when we checked-in, the lights were flickering and some sound was coming from choke of bulb. also, the Cumod was having water leakage problem. They took almost a day to fix it.we had to go out but couldn't because of all this. A complete day wasted in all of this. From morning 10 to afternoon 3. Requested multiple times to change the room, but they kept on delaying that. Next Evening they tried to convince to stay in same room, but we denied. Issue with lighting, Cumod having water leakage issues. informed the same to the reception on the day we checked-in. but they came and said that the next day, they will call electrician and plumber to fix. The other day was horrible. It was complete embarrassment for us as a couple. electrician, plumber, receptionist all were coming into the room, going out. no water to bath and go out. they didn't change our room. it was completely waste. worst recommendation for couples to stay at this hotel.. We went there to spend time together, but we spent time with the receptionist, plumber, electrician. It was a mess..

Good hotel. Superb quality rooms. Very affordable (Booked it for just INR 1008 from goibibo app). Executive rooms have a separate balcony which is huge and good enough to accomodate 7-8 people for dinner/drinks. Room service is also very good. All the basic facilities are available while balcony, mini bar & jacuzzi add to the luxury quotient of the room. We booked two rooms and it was very nice and comfortable stay for us. Moreover, the location (Sector - 17) is also very good. Parking is available right in front of hotel with good security (read CCTVs) but this is on paid basis (20 Rs/ car) for one night.
The room was very small. The room in which i stayed had many flaws. When i enter the rooms first difficulty I faced was the lights. The lights were not working. Secondly there was only one plug in the whole room that was too attached with TV. Don't we need to charge phones? The thing that *********** me off that the only switch in the room was not working and then it needed to be repaired.Though hotel managment replaced everything we asked , but they should take care of all these things before we have checked in. The rooms were smelly and old. I donot recommend this hotel to anyone. They charge too much and what we got was nothing. Also one more thing "The Food Menu" that was a big LOL. The rates were too high .I was not in any pub or good restaurant that you are charging too high rates. Please I highly recommend to all the management too look onto these issues so if someone else who is visiting doesn't face these problems.
