I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite booking a room at a lower price through Oyo, they demanded full payment during check-in and the staff was uncooperative. If they don't want to offer lower prices, why do they list rooms as such on Oyo? When I called goibibo for assistance, they informed me that their staff was unavailable, and I was left waiting for over two hours. This was a complete waste of time, and I highly recommend against booking this hotel

Pros: Rooms are spacious and good. Cons: No restaurant nearby, no in house restaurant or kitchen. Poor Behaviour of staff, not provided bill with GST number for reimbursement of the same. No toiletries provided. Dirty surroundings around hotel. Staff denied check in at first claiming ...Then gave check in after complaining... Main entrance towards reception was closed due to property being in Residential zone Below average
Room 105 had bed bugs. We got it changed. The other room was clean but bathroom was smelling bad all throughout our stay. AC Remote wasn't working. It could be either On or Off. Otherwise, it was a value for money stay and had clean and decent sized rooms. Location is near Hume Pipe and very near to New Bus Stand and well connected to Sakchi market through Auto rickshaws and Cycle rikshaws. Breakfast options were limited and average quality.
