I wonder how some ppl hv given rating above two for such a place, might be paid reviewers.. seriously avoid this place if you don't hate urself... Travel aggregators must look into these kinds of scam hotels and avoid putting up just anything on thier websites... Seriously loosing all the reliability... Such a bad hotel... Fraud management... Literally will charge you extra for anything u hv already paid for and argue with you and such bad cleanliness so so so bad.... Never been to a worst hotel than this ! U will get nthg u see on the website! AC room, no AC, housekeeping never, bathrooms sooo dirty, staff very unprofessional
My experience is very very poor, because of following reason: 1. While I booked the room, I had done full payment. 2. When I reached hotel, first hotel receptionist told me that "there is no room". Then after lots argument and she finally ready to give the room with a condition of payment of " Additional Rs 500.00/-" Finally, situation forced me to pay the 500/- to get the room. It is a very unpleasant situation. Just a kind of "looting from guests coming to hotels". 3. Bedsheets, pillow covers and towels not cleaned. I felt unhygienic. I fell ill just after one day with viral fever. Hope, Agoda, the hotel aggregator must look into this issue. If possible, please instruct hotel manager to return back my Addition charged Rs 500/-. Regards.
Room is small, Sevice is quite strict for couple questioning more about, purpose and relationship married or unmarried even two are adults, that is uncomfortable for us.

The worst hotel I ever booked . The receptionist behavior is worst they are making customers fool. Yesterday I booked hotel at Rs 1500 something for 2 room . We made a call to hotel for checking They confirmed the booking while check in time They are asking us for total payment of Rs 4400 something. When I asked why extra payment . They said you have been charged 1500 for which is 40% payment of oyo room booking .and remaining amount you have to pay to hotel I don't know what type of OYO room booking policy, and I know there is no such policy . If there is an option of - minus rating for the hotel service I would give -1000 to the worst hotel oyo Aradhya residency kharvel nagar. I would request all not to book this hotel in your life. It is my sincere request to OYO service provider not to tie up with such type of hotel or else ready to get blamed.
They ask for extra money during checkin. They are just unprofessional and deals in casual way with the costumers. The cleanliness is worst inside room. Please find out nearby good property with the same price range. Don't ever try here.
We booked it for a night, went in there were many mosquitoes but no repellent,we bought one.They never gave towel.Everything was dirty even the floors.The pictures matches 0%, Zero room service. They charged 500 rs for a dust stain on the bed sheet which was already there when we checked in.Very bad policy never ever book this hotel.
