Amazing room service. Just call on the reception phone no. provided in the room for anything you required. They were extremely helpful and cooperative . Close to railway station.

Nice room and also nice behaviour of the staffs and owner. Many options are available here....

Sad place with bad air-conditioning. The place is more for couples who would want to check in for hourly basis. Their acs Dont chill the room so they don't provide blankets. Toilets need to be cleaned and bedsheets need to be replaced. Only reason for this place to be in business is because of its location and they very well understand it and exploit it's customers

Worst Service, Unethical and Harsh behaviour. They will not listen about your complain. Always ready to argue and fight. Dont go through attractive pictures. Food quality is less than avarage while cost is higher than expected quality. In nut shell total waste of money. You would be recomended and insisted every time to rate them with 5 star on OYO from hotel staffs , while they dont deserve even 3 . Its always better to explore some other hotel near by. Rooms are ok. Washroom ok Room service poor, bedsheet and towels are not being changed on daily basis. Towels are too old, you will not even use for your legs. I tried second time i expectation , they might have improved , but they did nt.

This hotel is the finest hotel in Jalandhar in best price, we are three person and opted for AC, the price was just 992 and they provide RO water. The was fully clean with excellent bathroom which have a towel, a soap, a body moisturizer and a body wash. Therefore that's our final price. They claim they have wi-fi services but it didn't work and only shows "wi-fi has ho internet connection. The staff are well behave and we'll mannered, they offer very quick services

Worst experience even they did not check the IDs of the guests/mine as well. That is really sensitive part if we think about our own and other guest's security. There was a smelly room with a dirty bathroom and wifi service was also not available during my stay on 11/08/21. Also, they did not provided OYO bathroom kit excepting a wet towel. How Oyo can add such hotels in their network. Gradually OYO will be loosing the trust of it's regular customers if such things will happen with the people who really trust on OYO services.

Hotel is close to Jalandhar city junction .we booked 2 rooms. Both were nice, although in one the bathroom could have been maintained better. Ac was cooling rooms but slowly. But the hotel staff is very helpful and room service is quite good. They can also help you with requests. But yes TV wont work. So: ROOM-- 3.5/5 BATHROOM: 3.5/5 CLEANLINESS/HYGIENE- 4/5 STAFF/SERVICE- 5/5.

Best thing of this place is that this is near the railway station but not price worthy. Overall good for stay if you don't find any other.
