OYO 9784 Heritage 1BHK - Hotel in Puducherry - default, India

Room was not clean on day of arrival. Even bed sheets was not changed. Bathroom was wet. Room had cockroach. Kitchen was not clean. It doesn't has lift, generator. No reception like desk. No restaurant. But it's located very near to beach road and food ,medical and any other requirements can be met.

For those looking for reasonable place to stay near beach, It's good. I stayed there with a 14 month old baby. The place has a attached kitchen which comes handy with a baby. But utensils are very less. There is a RO purifier for drinking water and a refrigerator. The pics showed a Washing machine, but when we inquired it was not working.

Avoid. Ground floor Ac not working properly, no remote, shower not working, nasty smelly in the bathroom, no room service, no towels sheets and pillow change even after 3 days Stay, I called the manager 3 times on 3 days and everytime he said he will send but nobody came. On the last day 2 guys opened the room door and came In without knocking, and they were shouting rudely. Bad experience in Spanish Villa

It's a 3floor building and very near to all the prominent places in white town, promenade beach. Each floor has a 1 bhk apartment with kitchen, bedroom and hall. The rooms are spacious and neat. Only disadvantage is there is no lift.

Really disappointed with OYO, never expect these kind of hotel you have. Price wise not worthy as well as neatness. You have to look at the hospitality of every hotel. I had a great experience with OYO previously but not this one.

I do not recommend this place to family, couples or bachelors.. 1) There is no reception or no one to receive the guests or resolve any key issues (In my case, Tata sky was deactivated, the person said I'm checking I'm checking I'm checking, but he never responded positively even after 3-4 times of follow up) 2) This property is very cramped and the furniture in the room is dirty, bathroom doesn't have proper exhaust, bedroom had mosquitoes.. however the bed was neat to be frank.. 3) The kitchen provided was without a gas or induction stove... Water in the purifier was dirty, there were cockroaches in kitchen cupboards.. 4) Balcony was not clean and it had dust, hairs, unwanted/useless stuffs lying around.. 5) There is no dedicated parking space.. You have to park your 2W/4Wheeler on the road 6) Highly insecure property (No reception counter or receptionist, No Security, No Room service) I don't understand how did this place become a OYO Property.. Again, no assistance in resolving the issues which I believe is the important part in any hotel or Oyo stay..

Everything is really good. Whenever you book this place, try booking the one with the half terrace, it is a wonderful experience. Only catch is, there is no person to get hold off if there is any problem or an emergency. Just 2 phone numbers to dial !

Looking for the direct contact number of the hotel or hotel's reception help desk. Have a confirmed booking from 4th Feb - 6th Feb through Agoda but can't reach customer service or hotel from the app or any website. .!!!
