OYO 9051 The Vedas - Hotel in Gwalior - Gwalior, India

Went to gwalior for some business work and stayed there for a period of around 10 days. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The hospitality of the staff is good. They provide you with every possible room service like laundry, food serving, room cleaning, and everything you ask for on a daily basis. They have a restaurant on top floor which lacks fast food serving but taste is good. You have to spend minimum half an hour to get your food. Had a good stay overall

It's very nice hotel. It is located on a very prime location that is right on the main road. When we come from railway station or Gwalior Bus stand towards Bhind Road, this hotel comes on the way right on the main road. I visited this hotel many a times. I attended official lunch here, attended a marriage party in the basement hall there. It is well facilitated and services too are very good. More over, most of the people holds a view that this hotel serves at genuine rates. So overall we can say that it is customer friendly hotel.

Good place to staystay but room cleaning is not satisfactory. Room service also average. Not sure about food they serve. I prefer not to eat with Vedas. They have separate parking for your car. If room cleaning is done properly it would grab 5/5.

Rooms are good. Bathrooms are clean but the service is poor. I didn't get a clean kettle and cups and tea supplies even after asking for it several times. All in all, not choose this hotel to stay for the second time.

The only one star is for the good sized rooms. There is no hot water and despite calling the management nothing was done about it. We were told breakfast starts at 7:30am and when we went to the restaurant, the hotel staff mentioned that buffet wasn't available and only one dish was available. The staff mentioned 3-4 dishes and when asked to prepare it, he said only one was available. The AC was also was not working properly. Overall, average room but pathetic service in terms of food and amenities like hot water and air conditioning. Attaching pictures of the namesake restaurant that serves one dish.

This place is situated in Pinto Park,Maharajpura, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. This place is easyly visible from Pinto Park Chowraha. It is situated near"Malu Sales". You can get Veg/Non-Veg both the kind of food. People working there are is good. The main point of this place is the "Terres/Rooftop". From this place Gwalior is looking good. And one another thing, Reception having very good Interior.

Hotel is not 3 Star hotel . The Room wall is wetty and bathroom don't have hot water option . the room smells badly . when i asked about the hot water about the manager he replied we can provide you rod for hot water . i am feeling like i am staying in a lodge. don't recommend this hotel for married couple who want to spend some time together after long time .

On 25.10.2020, I have attended one function at The Vedas on it's first floor. In whole hotel, sanitizer was not available. Floors, function hall and washroom were full of bad smell, no room freshner was sprayed. I found it so much dirty and unhygienic as no cleanliness, chair covers were dirty, spider nets were there in function hall. Waiters were not wearing gloves. There was no safety precautions followed of COVID-19.
