OYO 8779 Bj'S By The Way - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Stayed here on a Business trip between 18-22 Nov 2019. Location was excellent , service was good

The bar is amazing as well as their rooftop which has also got bonfire out there and the food is wow. The so cooperative"mausa" ( the senior waiter) and the bartender are amazing.The hotel is also linked with OYO and has got premium services. Good place for all kind of trips whether it's solo or couple or business or family or with friends. They have got everything. If in case, you lose something in their property, the very next morning you can directly go and take it back as they keep your stuffs in their locker room safely.

They used to have good food specifically Paneer Chatpatta as starter for vegetarians but now a days its really bad. Rest drinks r cheaper than other places,they have only 5 beer mugs m rest glasses. Thats funny.They have a very good place for hang out and a roof top where you can have your food and drink. You can go with family if they are ok to manage to eat in Restobar... They don't have enough stock of Verity beers .Good staff though to manage but only issue is they have 3 places for eating and drinking and room services available which may be difficult to manage during rush hours. They accept food cards. Probably restaurant needs to work on menu items taste improvement to increase foot fall and work little on lighting. They have a billing counter whose window open to the sitting place so whenever these guys talk loudly in billing place it disturbs people sitting near by inside the restaurant which can be managed to closed or isolated. Men's toilet is quite visible from outside which to be fixed when they are allowing family to stay n eat. Otherwise it's a safe place to stay and.parking options are very good. This place is quite approachable for those working in Infocity areas. They close their kitchen by 10.30 PM and communicates much before to customers. Overall good place to hangout if few changes considered for modification and it has to be little lively to manage and compete with other modern Restobar s opening in the city around it.

Located at a very quiet place, the hotel has almost all basic necessities one could ask for. Staffs are very co-operative whether you are an overnight guest or a dine-in customer. You have a Restaurant, Bar and Spa facilities here. Rooms are big, comfy and clean. The food served at the restaurant is not the best but it's good, I feel the food is a bit overpriced. Rest everything is great here.

Beautiful location. Though it is slightly outside the main city area & no other amenities / shops available within 1 -1.5 km, the communication is readily available by Uber / Olacab. There is no disturbing noise & surrounded by wide greenery. Rooms are good & have a beautiful balcony in each room. Food is good. Have a beautiful bar also. Love to stay here.

I had high hopes of the hotel. I had been here before and really loved it. But some how the prices for the bookings have sky rocketed and the service of the staffs has plummeted. The room is charged with a balcony,but there is no access to the balcony. Bathrooms were really in a bad condition. Service was horrible,asked for some drinking water which never arrived. Really dissatisfied and disappointed. Would never recommend this hotel.

Really nice place. With good, clean, spacious & hygienic rooms. Value for money. Love the hospitality. Mr Ratikant Samal was especially helpful and he made sure the stay was very comfortable and we got everything we needed.

Terrible services stand out. Often out of stock of things. You never know whether you will get a soft drink to mix with your drink or not. Good property but aweful management. I stayed here for 5 days, and wished at least 25 times to immediately leave the property. For the price it charges, absolutely not worth it.
