Extremely bad experience. I had not taken AC room. It was non AC room. I couldn't sleep for even half an hour. Full night I was disturbed by mosquitoes. I went to reception counter 4 times in the full night but no one was available there. I'll never stay here again. Full waste
All the time me in bussiness trip...Rooms and Dometry are all clean in budget rates..Staff is soft spoken...i like the place very much no need to go any were just drop down from bus (Mango bus stand terminal)..u r in hotel crystel...i hope they will maintained all things in future too..Gud Luck

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms
