This Hotel used to be very clean and friendly. It was my choice of stay since 2019. It was accepting online booking. But now its staff and services have gone bad. They are asking for extra money upfront irrespective of what you've paid online. Rooms are no more clean they used to be. Overall, the staying experience has been degraded over the years.
Very bad behavior get. Not as expected. Price also taken high from at payment time, booking price was low, but payment time they take some extra money & said if we don't give that then we need to book another hotel. They will not give room at booking price. AC is very bad, not cooling at all. Very unprofessional.
*The property owner(during Check in)charges huge extra amount of money(Which is illogical), despite of successful payment on OYO app.This is so ridiculous and exaggerating. *OYO customer service also did not respond at that time. *And I am facing this type of issues in OYO everytime. *If the property owner charges extra amount,then why the particular discount/offer is shown on OYO app?? *Why the particular discount / offer information is not conveyed to the particular property owner???
This place is not in control of Oyo.Location issue because of nearby same name hotel. The washroom is very dirty. They show you the discounted price. But charge extra by any trick. Staff behaviour is also very rough. They do not provide you any bathroom kit also. No hotline to order anything.No TV Recharge. No inverter or generator facility is there.They dont provide you even a water bottle. Bedsheets are very dirty. Please see the reviews before chk in here. This is Disgusting. Infact no oyo assistant is there you to help. They only chat with you. Atlast Dont Go To Room No 109.
Just an okay okay place to stay. Service not upto the mark. Staff is good as per behaviour is concerned. Manager is helpful. Things get done only when you tell them. Food service delayed. Half of the stuff not available on menu. Food ordered from outside due to cook's unavailability. And quality of food not upto the mark. Breakfast included but not served in proper portion.
Very good and clean room. Hotel staffs are very friendly, nice and coporative. Only complain is that the location on map is not correct.
Rooms are nice as it is as in photos... You should visit once... Staffs were well behaved... But room can be improvised more according to budget also compared with other hotels...
They just denied to me for checked in for the cause of over booking. They said usually we have 16 rooms but oyo registered 19-20 booking extraa, therefore we cannot provide you room. My booking is prepaid but still they denied . Wprst experience ever
