Below average hotel..dont expect respect from the staff For towel and drinking water u have to call 2-3 times.

Worst rooms and when I ask to change room they don't have room to give . Bad experience and dirty linens was there in room and need to improve

The place is pricey for the rooms they provide The room had a dusky smell and the AC weren't even functioning properly! The room service guys don't speak the local language and speaks indecently in Hindi! The location is the only pluspoint I can think of! The parking is also a nightmare!

Really nice experience staying here. Close to most things in town and nice staff in the reception.

They charged Rs.3500 per day for 2 beds and they never gave any service they did not even give a bottle of water and the wardrobe had no space to keep our stuff because It was filled with old dusty curtains inside. And the room was filthy, they never gave basic things like towel, water. There was a phone In the room but there was no connection. The toilet flush was not working, the TV was not working too. After giving so much money I had to beg for water and towel, after begging so much, they didn't even bother to give water and they gave a bath mat as a towel. Extremely horrible staff, extremely rude staff, the person at the reception Is a money greedy man and a sadist. He demanded Rs.3500 without giving any service, we asked him for a discount because he never gave any room service and we had to beg them for each and everything which they never gave, when I asked him the discount he started arguing, he was such a greedy person and he never agreed to give a small discount. He wanted the money without giving any service. They gave a filthy uncleaned room with no service at all. Overall a Terrible and awful experience. I do not recommend this hotel. This hotel Is a total waste of money and a vacation ruiner. The reception person will torture you by demanding cash without giving service. Worst hotel experience ever. Pathetic staff and filthy unsanitised room.

Horrible customer service. To start off, the AC's weren't working when we entered the room and the customer service was pathetic. They dint even bother to keep a single complimentary water bottle each day in any of the rooms. The room service guys charged us 300 rupees to clean the room because a friend was sick. At the time of checkout, they fined us because the towels were dirty and charged us 400 rupees for it for something that would be easily cleaned by dry cleaning. They dint behave professionally and started arguing with us at the time of checkout ruining our moods, wasting our time and money. Would not recommend booking a room here at all. Pathetic rooms and service.
