OYO 7466 Le Beach - Hotel in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

The room was clean and good. The hotel is located close to White Town. It has underground parking space. Hot water wasn't available but we didn't feel the need for it as the weather in Pondicherry was very hot. The hotel allowed us to keep our luggage and rented bike at hotel for some time after we checked out.

For staying it's good place but for food they charge food bill separate + GST separate which is too expensive as compared to resturant which next to this hotel. They said breakfast will be unlimited but they took too much time to serve like after 1st serve they took 5min for next order/serve, even though it's cold not hot(if it was hot we can understand it took time to prepare).

Rooms were not clean or hygienic , found 3 roaches in our room , AC wasn't working . When we complained they said its the only room they had and they are sorry. We spent more than an hour going back and forth between customer care numbers and the hotel management. Finally we were shifted but to a smaller room . I spotted a baby cockroach here too but we were already so tired that we had to ignore and sleep anyway . The hotel itself is quite shabby and unkept , the corridors were smelling of cigarette smoke . This is the first time my Oyo experience has been so terrible

Good hotel location wise. Located at the walking distance from Rock Beach. Hotel rooms are small. Service is good. Less number of staffs. Rooms can contain unnecessary things such as cigarette packets etc which are not allowed in the hotel, so one should have proper check of rooms before staying. It also has separate bar facilities. There is no separate temperature control for AC, you can either switch it on or off. Overall good experience in case of only one day trip.

Worst management, they will ask you to evacuate suddenly if they get guests who are paying more than you. Do ignore this hotel due to it's hospitality and bad approach. You can good hotel just beside it

The stay in there was awesome! The rooms were pretty clean but the smoking smell was a little annoying! There was also a problem when the Air Conditioner leaked some water but the management fixed it easily within 15 minutes! Overall it was an easy and comfortable stay!

The room is over priced, the reception is very rude. The sheets were not clean, the rest room are dirty and we also found cockroach in the room in more than one occasion. Highly recommend to skip this hotel, and the pics in oyo and the reality of the rooms are far apart.

I had a very very bitter experience with Le Beach hotel. First the check in took a longer time even though there was no other customer at the time of check in . The room was small . The towel was old ( white turned to almost brown). The bedsheets and cover was not up to the mark.Loose switches. Couldn't able to sleep in the night since the AC was not effective and the ceiling fan was giving irritating noise. In the morning there was no hot water and the water tap was leaking. The room service was not at all there. We ordered for a cup of coffee in the evening and reminded them n numbers of times in vain. Finally went to the restaurant and took. In the morning there is no coffee/tea served (even with extra charge)The reply for any query or request from the staff was not professional . In total it is not worth for the cost. I never faced such kind of issues all at once .
