The way to your room will be full of alcohol and cigerette smell, and the room will be a 10*10 room, AC is good but the bed is not that good, bed spread was not clean, they won't provide bedsheets and pillow....rate is a bit high for this room

The rooms here are way cleaner than i expected. The food here is to die for... Being a north indian and having South Indian dishes for almost my entire life, nothing beats the taste of true south indian cuisine right here in south india itself. The way they serve the food in cut banana leafs rather than serving them in plates really brings out the authentic feeling of having traditional food. Really loved it.

First of all the staff are not matured. Actually they are not listening our words. I had booked room from 28th June to 30th June. I checked in 29th early morning at 4.45 am. Without seeing my booking he said immediately early check 500 rs should pay. That was too irritating. Then another person in the reception he also not matured. Inside the room poor maintenance of bed spreads, pillow is total waste. Pipes are too rusty. One good thing water came. No heater provision. Overall I will not recommend to family. Solo or business travellers can stay with compramise. Otherwise it's waste of time and money for long stay.

Barebone Accomodation. There is a lift available. AC worked well. Tiny rooms. Smudges on walls. Dressing Mirror was broken and a part had come loose (broken edge was taped off though). We asked for an extra towel, it never came. We asked for twin beds, we got a tiny double bed. We asked for breakfast at 10am. We got it at 11am after reminders. Only good thing is the morning manager, Mr. Tanveer. They also helped us print our ticket without charge and coordinated with taxi driver in Tamil since we don't speak the language. They have clean water (which is a big problem at some places in Chennai). Basic clean bathrooms and rooms. Very close to SIMS hospital which was the reason for our visit and stay. Complimentary breakfast is not a buffet, just 1 piece dosa idli and vada per person from the Murugan Idli Shop which is an independent venture run adjacent to the hotel's so-called lobby. We booked online for 1966 per night. We were getting Hotel Bhimas at the same rate which after staying here we realised would have been a far better option in terms of accommodation and food (we have used both hotels recently) In front of us a walk-in customer got the same room for 1800 or even lesser. 24 hour check-in/ check-out is a benefit if you are going to use for latter half of first day and first half of second day so u don't end up paying for 2 nights..

Not valued room amenities for their charge actually no amenities provided. Only one amenity provided is a dirty towel.good thing I bring towel with me Murugan idli kadai bit expensive. Breakfast is so nice but avoid lunch meal it's too expensive not valid for money that you pay for that. Staffs are so polite & helpful management need to improve the interior in rooms. I took two rooms it's worth for 500 but I paid 2.5 k per room. Nearby there is another metropark it's more better than this.

Rooms are not clean. The toilet was not maintained. Most of the amenities were not working or broken. Book rooms using online sites (RS.950) rather than in person (RS.1500). But, the staff are kind and helpful. The location is very convenient and parking is available. Restaurant is available downstairs and vadapalani metro station is located is close by.

Worth it's price. Service was quick and the staff were supportive. Murugan idli, a chain of pure veg restaurants in Chennai is the valuable asset to the people who visit this hotel. And it's location can be very easily identified on google maps which helps the guests to book the cabs with ease without having to explain the address to the cab drivers and auto drivers. If at all there comes a need to give any landmark, you have prominent places like SRM hospitals, Vadapalani metro and etc. It is located just 100 meters from Vadapalani metro station which can connect you to airport and central which are the prime travelling hubs in Chennai. I really love travelling to airport by metro from this place as it takes hardly 20 minutes to reach Airport.

Fantastic Place to stay with Family members, friends and kids. Rooms here is very neat and looks very fantastic. Room service here in this hotel is very nice .They provide coffee maker , Tea bags with milk and sugar. Murugan idli shop is in this area .They provide higenic vegetarian food . It's a value added service to this hotel .Room rental here is very moderate compare to near by Hotels .overall nice and safe stay
