Very bad experience & the bad hotel & service just ex - bathroom was not clean & the bathroom's lock is not working , Tv is not working, very bad smell in bedroom, bedsheet & pillow. The bad hotel with high price

The hotel is not maintained at all and the room and bathroom was dirty. They offer AC rooms but the price they charge for the same makes it extremely unworthy. The ambience is dirty and very mediocre. Also, they did not provide us with an extra towel and a pillow when we asked for it. The staff was not helpful and unfriendly. Also, the eatery present on the ground floor remained closed for most of the time during our visit. Overall, the hotel is bad and I wouldn't recommend it.

We have booked this place for one day using the OYO app on the basis of OYO reviews & pictures. The place should not be your choice when you r there with your family or for any work purpose. The rooms are really bad dirty clumsy. No staff service is available. The complimentary breakfast is the worst. They asked us to cancel our OYO booking when we reached. They misbehaved. There is no service in the entire hotel to attend your needs. The locks of the washroom was also broken. We also experienced an electricity fault in the AC of our room. The experience was scary, the overall experience can not be explained through words. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! The hotel vacates it's rooms basis on "Hours" to the couples. You can see that all the rooms are empty at morning but full at night. Even they don't change the bed sheets of the room regularly. Horrible scary experience!

Ambience not appealing, mouldy rooms, room service not prompt, unclean & untidy, no geyser, ac & exhaust fan not working. Room full of mosquitoes. Only 2 dishes available for breakfast. Only plus point is the location. This is the 2nd time i stayed here again was disappointed. Not worth the price charged.

Do not cancel your oyo booking and go for offline booking. Or if you are doing that, confirm the room by checking it and then only do that. They tricked me into paying for a different room than what was shown in the oyo booking. Speaking about the room. It's a very basic room and the AC doesn't cool the room. And moreover, pardon my french but the reception guy is an a-hole.

This hotel is located at a good place in Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar. Local market is near by. This hotel is a budget hotel. Rooms are not very spacious. Cleanliness is average and not very good. Towel provided and bed cover were not very clean. Window fitted in rooms and curtains are fitted accordingly. So, sunlight starts coming in room from early morning even if curtains are not opened. Cleaniness of washroom is average and was not comfortable for me. Some likeage was also in hand sour near commode which could be observed only when you open it. Room service was not very good. You have to call reception for any service or help. I asked for tea at around 3 pm ,then they said they can provide tea only at 4 PM. In morning , they provide tea on payment. They did not provide tea with complementary breakfast. They supply breakfast in rooms perhaps after procuring the same from local market because the same are provided, in a envelope in a polythene bag. The quantity and quality was not satisfactory.
