worst ever hotel i visited.. I booked a room their one before. The checkin time will be 12pm we arrived on after 2pm when we arrived the room will not be ready the staff will be very irresponsible. 45 minutes we will wait for room. They will gave me a worst room very pathetic condition bathroom have no lock. No towel, soap very bad room. They will treat me very very badly. If you dont book the room . If u get the room in underground sections room number 101 to 105. You dont go to that room that rooms will be very pathetic condition. I think the upper floor rooms are better so you choose the room directly. . At night 3 times someone knocked my room. Full of noise we dont sleep. Not secure. In ground floor no CCtv. Someone knocked our rooms at mid night.
Quite bad experience. Bathrooms aren't functional. Tap water was leaking, door locks are broken, toilet pipe is only occasionally hot. Hot water is occasional and that too can't be controlled. No soap, bath towels or WiFi provided. Rooms have air holes on top through which cold air and mosquitos come inside. Mosquitos were singing to us through out the night on top off the cold air from the air vents on top. A pointless balcony with a waste view. I would never recommend anyone to spend 1049 per night to stay here.
Good place to stay in Munnar. Munnar is a town in the Western Ghats mountain range in India's Kerala state. A hill station and former resort for the British Raj elite, it's surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the late 19th century. Eravikulam National Park, a habitat for the endangered mountain
the rooms were costly . only 4 to 5 cars can be parked. but the service was really good. not worth the cost done
This is purposefully located resort to provide splendid view of Munnar at the height of their natural beauty. Accommodation is good and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. I really appreciate the service people who always ready to serve the guest. Food was marvellous particularly the buffet dinner it was plenty of Veg and Non Veg options. Over all we had a great time there. Definitely we will suggest Emerald Inn for Munnar stay.....
Nice hotel... Nice stay.... Good location... All amenities are nearby... Smooth check in.. Near to city centre... Very supportive manager... Neat room... Now there's no restaurant coz of this panademic situation... But good restaurants are near... Easy to access city centre... Overall nice stay... Recommended for everyone....
Unhygienic rooms ,unprofessional staffs, old dirty linens, dirty door mats .....everything about the hotel was horrible.Even after complaining about the dirty bed linens, they didn't replace it. I checked out my stay within one hour, because of the unruly behavior of staffs. The staffs shown extreme arrogance during my tiny stay.If anybody planning to book a room here, just dont.you will get good rooms around munnar with the same money(2500 Rs/day). I would have gone with a zero star if I could. Regards
tv is not working, bathroom is not good because bad smell & toilet has no light lot of noises from other rooms

Very nice hotel with a wonderful view over the valley and tea plantations. The restaurant service may be a bit faster, but for the rest everything worked very well. The kind Rajan guided me and my husband for morning trekking and we also enjoyed the
Amazing view, clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff. The gym is small but decent (one multifunction machine, adjustable bench and dumbbells). The food is pretty expensive (buffet was 1000 rupees and a curry was generally 650 rupees for a smalli
Positives- Good food Polite staff Negatives- Pretty much everything else. Location- though it is situated in an accessible location, the approach road is highly damaged. Rooms- very old and poorly maintained. Linens were old and dusty They charged
The staff were absolutely amazing and made this visit so special. The food is almond all Indian but they helped me choose non- spicy. It was delicious. The views of the mountains and tea fields are breathtaking. The very best are the people who work
Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
The room was neat and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed one night here. Staff boy carried our luggage and provided quick services.

Panchakarma traditional Ayurveda inner and external physical rejuvenation. All treatment according to my physical requirement. Natural conducive environment for yoga Asana practices. First analysis of the physical with "Ghee" along with oil massages
Our hike with Kanthasamy (Samy for short) was absolutely incredible! It began with a light trek through the tea plantation. Samy was so knowledgeable about the teas and the processing of the plants. After we moved further up, passing beautiful views
This review is a little late, but I just want to thank Mr. Kuberan for keeping our faith in humanity alive. It was an impromptu road trip to Munnar. My friend and I found Mr. Kuberan 's number on Google. He was crystal clear while sharing the detail
Excellent hospitality and also value for money service. Even before starting itself he asked us which vehicle and how you coming...etc and also informed pros and cons of that area..Mr.Nagaraj is Ex-Army person and his way of service and customer hand
