OYO 64767 Joy Maa Santoshi Guest House - Hotel in Ghatshila - East Singhbum, India

The only good thing is it is beside the bank of subarnarekha.. except this not a single reason is there to stay... The cost of food is extremely high(not reasonable) for e.g. veg thali cost me 100 Rs, the quality of food is very poor.. the room that we stayed on had a cemented tiles bed.. I literally could feel the cold coming up.. an huge attitude issue of the owner.. services are not at all satisfactory.. am not going there anymore nd I would suggest you all not to go as well.

This is a good place. In ghatshila there have 14 to 15 famous place where tourist usually go, sunset point is one of them. Sunset place is that place in ghatshila from where you can get a amazing view of sunset. That sunset point is immediately next to this hotel. This hotel is at the river bank of Subarnarekha. From the hotel you can see the hill, and Subarnarekha river. No croud, no traffic nothing calm place. At night you can hear the sound of water of river Subarnarekha from the hotel only. I love the place. Obviously the hotel is in almost e remote area but from there the environment and view just amazing. You can order food from hare or can buy from outside. For side seeing you can avail transportation from here and you have to pay extra money for the same. Rooms are not so good. Its moderate. Ac and non ac both available. Room service are satisfactory. Price moderate

Rooms are very affordable, And the rooms and the bathrooms were clean. The owner of this resort is very helpful. You can see subarnarekha from premises. Overall a Nice experience

**NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED** now pay a visit to this.. If u r a fresh crow to pop in Ghatshila and want to shake things up u will be tried on the tiptoe by the local rickshaw pullers to make u gathered in this worst residence. It ,though be in a good location,on the bank of Subarnarekha, it is like at outskirts of the main town.The way leading is disaster,no street light is there especially in monsoon there is a red alert for the hotel to be marooned. The lady owner having a handsome lacking in hospitality and managing skills always try to turn off AC at her behalf.Rooms ,toilets are dirty,untidy,no service provided as well as u have to give the nod with insects, mosquito and lizards. Lastly we came up with the information of it being a Oyo property when writing the review. Not suitable for family and ladies.U may if want to cut yourselves some slack with the tyranny. Thank u.

The hotel is located next to Subarnarekha river and has a very quiet environment and from here you can experience the beautiful view of Subanarekha river.

It's location is just awesome. For people who love nature specially river it is like heaven because you can actually see the Subarnarekha from the guest house. Rooms are quite big. Services were pretty OK. Someone will definitely get a perfect feel of privacy as the owners never interrupts. The price they charge for food may look very high but it's justified at some stage. It's a only point where they can think over. Overall good place.

Rooms are not well maintained and not clean at all...not at all recommended only the scenic beauty is good.
