Don't go to this hotel..... Manager is very arrogant.... He was misbehaving with the customers and even with his staff... Abusing them in front of people... We will never come again..
The rooms are only big in size. Apart from that nothin else is there. No cleanness in bath room or in the rooms Literally there was someone else hair on the bed on multiple places. Bathroom looked already was used by someone recently Floor had a sticky feeling. Can not walk bare feet When we complained about every thing. Then only they fixed all the above things This hotel is not at all worth for 3000 per night. Especially in small place like shadow It should be just the half of the rate. We gave 2000. But after that also we felt it was too much for what they offered in service

This review is for the restaurant at level1, not for the rooms and stay experience. This place has nice ambiance and very polite staff. We ordered very basic food here ... Like Matar Pulaaov and Dal Tadka... We didn't like the taste as much. Soup and noodles were bad too. We had to leave huge portion of noodles. That's all... Choose wisely.
Good, spacious and clean rooms. Premier location gives it an edge. The restaurant offers tasty meals at reasonable prices but the service is appallingly slow! Takes them forever to take an order and then actually get food on the table. Fine otherwise P. S. I don't know what the chef serves in the name of Shahi Paneer and I'd suggest you to avoid it
The infrastructure is good, rooms of various sizes available. Tariff is reasonable. Service needs improvement. The focus of management is more on paties.

This hotel is OK Ok type. Food is good but in the same price you deserve better than that.Hotel is Located in heart of the city. You can get means of transport very easily. Room service is not good as they will fulfill your request after taking considerable time. However, as I told that it is Located in heart of city the market area is downstairs of this hotel. I will recommend this hotel as many of the hotels are located outside of the city and after considering cost of transport they will cost you a lot.
