I have eaten multiple times here and I enjoy the food
Staff is quick n very cooperative
My stay was very pleasant here and I liked the rooms here
I even had a conference with 50-60people where the arrangements made by the hotel was commendable
You can't expect such a nice hotel in this kind of location.. Food was good.. Rooms are clean and spacious.. Staff was very helpful

It was on diwali day we went to Mahfil bar of Tridev hotel. It's good to watch cricket with friends but I feel services can be better if they anticipate and proactively work. Also lemon soda and snacks were not tasty and cold.
The resturant in this hotel is not that good .behavior of some staff member is not good. I attend the party given one of my friend and we were around 20people. And still the service is worsed and lastly the icecream ordered by us are of expiry date and which is seen by one of our friend otherwise hum to kha hi lete expiry and they don't even apologise for it. Bad experience
