Worst experience of the hotel staff. Staff has no information of the booking and asked us to wait for 30 minutes. When I called booking manager of the hotel, he was drunk and asked me to wait more or choose another hotel. I won't recommend it to anyone. Be very careful while booking with them.
Google should provide 0 star rating and tagging option. Only single plug point that too to charge mobile, no laptop charging. Rude behavior by manager with attitude. I regret not going through Google reviews before we book this. PS : don't believe Oyo tie up hotels these days. Worst @oyo.
Worse experience. Rude staff, overcharged me at hotel, dirty rooms, AC stopped by staff etc etc. I ll never recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

This is one of the best budget hotel in Jammu. The hotel is located near bus stand Jammu and the famous Raghunath Mandir. Staff is good, cleanliness is good. But there is no restaurant or kitchen facility in the hotel, so you will have to have meal outside.
Hotel has charged me extra money. I had booked dometery for 2 people and I booked it for 2 people @100 each. once I reached hotel they asked me for 200 more saying, we agree you paid for 200 for 2 adults but we will give you 1 bed only. I couldn't understand if I booked dometery for 2 people why one bed is offered. finally they asked me for 200 more which I had to pay with no option left. They didn't allow us to use Wi-Fi saying it is not for you. moreover none of the person was polite with us. I have never see such poor hospitality in my life. I would prefer this hotel ever again.
